Our apartment is decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard. It is nicely decorated in a contemporary style, and is more than just a ¨rental property¨. We consider it an extension of our own home, and take care of it as such.

The lounge area has two three seat settees and quality wood furniture. It is complete with HD television with English, German, French and many other language channels. There is good heating for the Winter months and a powerful remote ceiling fan for the Summer. There is also a large selection of books and games for your enjoyment.

The apartment has three good sized bedrooms, with sea views and lots of storage space.. They have good heating system is in each room for the Winter months and remote controlled powerful ceiling fans for the Summer. One twin room and two double rooms, each with good quality bedding, mattresses and pillows. Every room has its own mirror, dressing table & hair dryer.

This apartment is at the end of the complex and has one of the best sea views. This new apartment complex is only a few minutes walking distance from the beautiful "Fontanilla" beach.

There is a wind protected terrace with splendid sea views which can be accessed from the living/ dining room as well as from the main bedroom. Through a stair on the terrace we can access a 40 square meter big roof terrace, called "the Solarium". There are loungers available to enjoy the magnificent sunset over the sea.

- "The apartment and Paloma the owner are lovely. Conil de la frontera is amazing. However Casa Conil Agency who take the booking were extremely unprofessional. We had asked specifically over messages on vrbo if there were two separate showers and they informed us there was when there was only one. We then went for a swim in the pool which is advertised and looks very inviting on the vrbo listing but we’re told by residents to come out as it was not open until the middle of May. When we complained to Jorge that we had not been informed about this and it did not state it on the vrbo listing he was very unhelpful and unprofessional and basically told us to accept it and get on with our holiday. We were very disappointed as we could have paid less money for an equivalent apartment without a pool with two shower rooms and we had traveled as two couples and wanted separate bathrooms. Like I stated early though the apartment is very nice if you only need one shower and you go when the pool is open."

The apartment its self was very equipped with everything you need , even them little things like kitchen roll , toilet paper washing up liquid etc was there & on arrival the owners had left us fresh fruit and a couple of beers 😀 You are allocated your own space in underground car park and there's plenty of supermarkets close by . The village is beautiful lovely little streets to walk through and plenty of bars cafes etc and the beach is perfect lovely golden soft sand and beach bars . The owners were great with communications from the start also they don't speak English but it wasn't a problem and the balcony was fab big and just perfect to watch the waves and the world go by . Myself and my husband had a cracking stay here and would definitely recommend this for a relaxing holiday and we hope to be going back next year "

The apartment is situated on quiet residential complex, which means there was never an issue using the pool, or any noise late in the evening (from entertainment etc.). The terrace with table, chairs, sun longers and sun shades was perfect at any time of day, in the morning for breakfast, in the evening for a drink, or in the day for a relaxing time. There are also shutters on the doors and windows, which are great for keeping out the light (blackout) and ensuring the apartment stays cool even in the daytim Has everything you need for a pleasant stay, with both a Mercadona & Dia supermarket a 10 minute walk. The beach (Los Batales) is just a 10 minute walk down hill, past a lovely park and cafe, and La Fontanilla is around a 20 minutes away, but it is worth the walk! Our personal favourites were Feduchy Playa (for a breathtaking sunset - be sure to book the Poniente terrace outside for the best views) and the multiple Heladaria's in town, all with plenty of flavours to keep the kids happy! Also, Canela y Miel serves fantastic pastry & coffee at excellent prices, if you fancy treating yourself for a quick breakfast on the go! We would definitely recommend this apartment, and will consider booking again with Pedro, if we are back in Conil De La Frontera again soon!"

- "We had a 11 night stay in this apartment. It is located in a neighborhood about 15 mins walk away from the old town. From the terrace you have a sea view. The apartment is spacious and has good facilities. There is a TV on which you can log onto your Netflix account. There are a few nice restaurants and bars nearby if you don’t feel like a walk into town. We had a couple of issues with the outside area at the beginning of our stay but these were dealt with and resolved very quickly. The sun on the terrace in May came out about 2.00 until 7.00 at night which was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought Conil was lovely."

Brand new studio at the heart of Conil. Bright, cozy and newly built. It has an innovative kitchen with a refrigerator. A comfortable double bed, couch, table and TV. A modern bathroom and dressing room where you can drop off your luggage with hangers and dresser.

In addition to being a ground floor, it has access to an ocean view terrace next to another studio.

It has air conditioning and wifi.

Walking distance to the beach, bars, pubs, supermarkets, shops... Ideal to forget about the car.

The space
Guests love the location, especially the location. It is in the center of Conil, on the street next to the pubs but at the same time it is a very busy and very quiet street. And a two minute walk to the beach!
It also really likes the layout of the studio space and the views offered from the terrace.

Guest access
The terrace is one of the common areas of the studio. It is shared with another studio but each has the particular use of a table and chairs. As well as using a common washing machine, with an individual clothesline.

Other things to note
The fridge has a small freezer. There is microwave, coffee maker, toaster and sandwich maker.

In addition to the bathroom mirror, you can find another larger, full-length mirror in the dressing room.

It's called “The South” the apartment, but it could be called “The Truce” because that's what it feels like in here. Every millimeter of each corner is designed to make the passage through here an experience. Everything you need is in here, in this little house of a new building built to be happy.
