- "a recommander" - "A well appointed apartment in a modern building beautifully finished, furnished and well equipped. The location cannot be bettered with the Medina 250 metres away, the beach and seafront at your feet, SupraTours bus depot at 200 metres and an ATM at the post office at 100 metres. The view from the balcony overlooks the beach and gives line of sight to the harbour and Bab Marrakech. The view from the roof is even more spectacular. Two things to note: 1.There are only French channels on the TV so bring your own digital entertainment if that matters to you. 2. The WiFi is a Pay As You Go 3G SIM which will cost you about 10 Dirhams per day (80p) for light use. I suggest rounding up from that figure to avoid running out at the last moment. (Say 80 Dirhams for 7 days). You top up by quoting the SIM number at most kiosks and handing over your cash. The nearest kiosk is next to the SupraTours depot and I spotted a few others displaying the “Recharge” sign. So just say “Recharge s’il vous plait” with the SIM number on a slip of paper and that is all you will need. Email comms with the owners were excellent with all emails answered promptly and Bouchra was easy to deal with and helpful. Essaouira itself is a delight and quite addictive! We plan to return! "
