- "Stayed here for about 20 years and it is brilliant,ideal location between old town and the stretch of bars and restaurants " - "Very clean, 1 bed apartment with Pool & sea view. There is a selection of studio, 1 bed & 2 bed apartments- some of which I have been told have been refurbished with a new walk in shower. 6pools situated around the complex with an additional restaurant (which was closed during our stay), kids small play area and pool tables. Staff were friendly- especially Danny, he was a great host! Evening entertainment & special Food nights. The Food very nice, plenty drink options and both reasonably priced. There was a shop 2 min walk outside the apartments which has a great selection of local and international foods/products. A further 5 mins down the road onto the strip of PDC, with plenty to see and do on the 2 mile stretch which all over looks the lovely, sandy beach. there is a slight hill ( cardiac some call it) down to the strip, this is manageable either slow & steady or a for a workout. I would recommend these apartments for location, amenities, price and for our overall experience of Lanzarote. We have booked again for the summer and can’t wait to go back with our family. "

Pocillos is quiet with a large Spar supermarket opposite (good prices). 3 places to eat . We think, La Marisma is the nicest, food very good, waiters/owner are very nice people. The beach is large with nice sand. The pool area is on the small side for this large complex but lots of loungers poolside bar. Wifi is free only in the lounge, reception is big with comfortable seating and counter staff were helpful. The room we had on top floor had a great sea view and a good size, King size bed, nice little kitchen with everything there (they sell large mugs in Spar euro3). Lots of comfy furniture, Newly renovated shower/toilet room, Lots of hot water all the time. Place was very clean, a large terrace with lounger/table/chairs. A few pictures on the wall would have been a nice touch. Only found 2 english TV chan's. There are quite steep stairs to the top apartments but there is a road which takes a few more mins. As a 3*, we think this is a lovely place to stay and better than many other 3* we've been to."

The pool area was very clean and well looked after, also not to busy with plenty of bed (possibly this may have been the time of year). The cleaner did our apartment about 3 times during our stay and we were also provided with toilet rolls, washing up liquid and dish clothes. Not that we stayed in and cleaned much but if you have a family with you these basic touches help to keep down the costs for you. The apartment Maribel is situated in a really great location on the lively strip of Puerto del carmen however, the bars appeared to close about midnight and the area was really quiet for sleeping. Really loved it and will definitely be going back in the future "

- "I will say that we weren’t expecting much but we were blown away with what a gem this hotel was. Definitely was beyond our expectations. We had a great stay and would certainly think about a return visit. Check in was a simple process with clear information given on restaurant, bar and pool opening times as well as how to access apartment. We did arrive before 3pm and were surprised at being able to checkin early with our all inclusive starting straight away. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble for them throughout our whole stay. Apartment was huge and couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Beds were comfy although it would’ve been nice to have had an extra pillow. Whole site was clean and well maintained, there was always staff about doing something! Food in the restaurant was basic but plenty of choice. Staff again were very friendly and were busy to keep tables clear and food replenished/topped up. This hotel is in a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants, all of which are at the bottom of the hill/slope. "
