First of all, the location of the partments was perfect - a few mins walk from the beach, and most importantly the Sunset Lounge - which has great live music each night from 4.30-6.30pm. Pre-checkin communication with Eli was seamless over Whatsapp - very accommodating with early check-in options, and incredibly efficient. The apartments themselves are absolutely fine - don't expect Luxury, but it's not run down either. The only minor improvement could be the hot warer situation. As a solo traveler this didnt really affect me, but after 2-3mins, you better brace yourself for a cold shower - quite refreshing! ;-) Most importantly for any remote workers,La Concha has individual wifi routers for each apartment - the fastest wifi I ve encountered in Fuerteventura...no issues whatsoever on video calls or streaming movies. We'd arrived tired and hungry and Reception was closed, but the cleaner was able to let us into our room, which we discovered had a double bed, not the two singles we'd requested. So we were initially very grumpy, but once I'd worked out how to contact Raquel through the Expedia app and had spoken to her she was very apologetic and got it sorted after a couple of hours. From then on we had a wonderful holiday and if Raquel wasn't there she was always available on the phone, and so helpful. We would definitely go back. The apartment is located on the second and last floor of the new residency called “Bristol Vista”.
