Good location, easy check in/ out, comfortable and well equipped." - "I stayed here before but in the block beside the hotel and it was fantastic with everything you could possibly need to self cater. I assumed that it would be the same this time but no! Absolutely no ovenware, no knives apart from a bread knife, in fact nothing useful whatsoever to prepare and cook a meal. The shower was an absolute nightmare and needs replacing. Completely useless and flooded everywhere as the door has been installed incorrectly! I was going to complain but then I read the reviews & this has been a problem for years which they are aware of but chose not to address. The only solution is to pad the whole room with all the towels provided and then put them in the dryer every single day for hours which must be costing them a fortune and not environmentally friendly!! It would cost less to put in decent working showers. Apart from that everything else was okay and I would go back if they sorted out these problems. "
