I booked this trip at Christmas and we have been looking forward to it since then. I genuinely cannot find fault with Grand Horizon, and cannot understand a lot of the negative comments in the reviews. This is our 4th holiday to Gran Canaria (6th in the Canaries) and hands down, this hotel is the nicest by far. There were plenty of staff around the complex, whether that be cleaning, or by the pool/at the bar. 24/7 reception/customer care team have been perfect from my initial enquiries in December, through to checking up if everything is OK during the stay. Notably, Yasmine and Sabrina are 5* personal concierge and answered any questions in a timely manner. One of the key selling points is amazing sea views being at the top of the mountain. We booked an Elite suite with private pool and we genuinely speechless when we arrived. The entire complex is spotlessly clean and built to a very high standard with super high quality finish.
