However, on opening the door, which lead into a beautiful communal entrance, our expectations instantly rose. On opening the apartment door we exhaled and were blown away! The size, the decor, the view!! The owner (Morris) arrived on the first day to welcome and greet us, a warm, charming and friendly man who gave us information about the apartment and restaurant recommendations - as well as a welcome gift of one of the best bottles of red wine we have ever tasted! All rooms are spacious and tastefully done up to a high modern spec yet still maintain an ease of comfort and relaxation. The area itself is lovely, the view is ever changing and surrounded by lovely restaurants and easy walking distance to shopping areas and the port area. Of course due to location there can be noise in the evening of music and people seated outside restaurants in the streets below; this did not bother us in the slightest but it could be an issue for others, however, the veranda doors block out noise successfully. We spent a wonderful week here and 100% intend to return."

Our exclusive, luxury 3 bedroom beach front apartment – centrally located on Arrecife sea front, the island´s capital. Arrecife Sands has been furnished to a very high standard and can comfortably sleep up to six guests.

Set on the main beach, Playa Reducto, the golden sand beach here is perfect for swimming, water sports and offers one of the best beach’s on the island for SUP and snorkeling.

A car is not essential for stays at this holiday apartment, as all the amenities you will need are within walking distance. It is just a stone’s throw from the beach bars, restaurants, play/skate park, sea front promenade and a variety of shops.

Within a few minutes walk, you will find The 5 * Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa. This is a lovely place to have coffee or dinner on the 17th floor restaurant with views over the whole of Lanzarote.

If you wish to take advantage of a hire car to explore all that Lanzarote has to offer, there is a private parking bay in the basement.
