First of all, the location of the partments was perfect - a few mins walk from the beach, and most importantly the Sunset Lounge - which has great live music each night from 4.30-6.30pm. Pre-checkin communication with Eli was seamless over Whatsapp - very accommodating with early check-in options, and incredibly efficient. The apartments themselves are absolutely fine - don't expect Luxury, but it's not run down either. The only minor improvement could be the hot warer situation. As a solo traveler this didnt really affect me, but after 2-3mins, you better brace yourself for a cold shower - quite refreshing! ;-) Most importantly for any remote workers,La Concha has individual wifi routers for each apartment - the fastest wifi I ve encountered in Fuerteventura...no issues whatsoever on video calls or streaming movies. - "This home was welcoming and cozy from the first day. For the two of us was enough space, even during some rainy periods when we stayed at home. It is extremely well equipped. The seaside starts just round the corner, and if you walk 15 minutes southwards the beach is getting nicer and nicer. So for the beach an even a walk to Corralejo you won´t need a car. Unfortunately the nearest supermarket is a walk of at least 20 minutes. On behalf of that we were glad to have a rental car. Last but not least: Myriam, the owner, is extremely welcoming. This Apartment has been booked by Airbnb. It is very new and modern, furnished in style, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. You have your own little terrace, a really nice pool with jacuzzi and a great workout area with a great view over Corralejo. The location is just perfect. 3 mins walk to the Main Street with restaurants and cafes, halfway between the old town center and all the tourist shops. But it is also very quiet around the house. Stephanie and Lionel are great hosts, very friendly and caring. Do not miss out on that place!
