"The 5 Elemento Residence was born from the desire to restore the glory to Palazzo Ayroldi-Carissimo, symbol of the historic district"" Chianca de ora ""of the city of Ostuni. On the first floor of the building with entrance from the common living room to the 4 apartments, the apartment Oro Blu can accommodate up to 3 people seated between the single sofa bed that is located in the living area with kitchen and the double bed on the mezzanine. Its name comes from the colours of the fresco that decorates the vault and that reconciles the sleep of the guests.

The following might be to be paid extra: Late Arrival, Late Arrival (after 23:00), Tourist tax.

The space
The apartment has an entrance, large living room, fully equipped kitchen with large window that opens directly onto the patio, bright bedroom and bathroom with washing machine. In the living room, there is a new and comfortable sofa bed with an 18cm memory foam mattress.
The house is equipped with heating and air conditioning.

Other things to note
The municipality of Ostuni charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per day for up to 5 days. The fee will be paid at check-in.

Charming apartment on several levels and just renovated, where two people can enjoy large and comfortable spaces, being the flat able to accommodate up to 4 people. The location is enviable, in a very central position, adjacent to Piazza della Libertà and a stone's throw from the historic center. The area is residential and equipped with every useful service: bars, typical restaurants, supermarkets are a short distance from the apartment. Ideal for a comfortable stay!

The space
The 80 sqm apartment is located on the fist floor of a building with an independent entrance from the street and is divided into several levels. Therefore, it is necessary to climb several flights of stairs.

The interior space is divided as follows.

On the first floor, after climbing a flight of stairs, there are:
- Kitchenette equipped with two induction plates, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave oven
- Living room with queen sofa bed, TV and split AC
- Bedroom with queen bed, single folding bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack and split AC
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box
- 2 balconies.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pumps, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Attention: the terrace is NOT accessible at the moment.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys will be collected from 15.00 to 21.00 in our office in Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

After 21.00, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following supplements:
- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

The tourist tax will be collected in cash, for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

The proximity (5 km) to the SS16 state road allows guests to quickly reach the main tourist locations: Alberobello, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Zoosafari etc. Parking is easily found on the public road, in the immediate vicinity of the house.
For long-term parking you can park your car near the house in the paid public car park located in Via Antonio Specchia, 43.
