The space
Our ground floor apartment is one of 36 apartments nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac amidst beautiful tropical gardens of Oasis at Palm Cove. Our apartment is large, has recently been repainted and is tastefully appointed with all the creature comforts of home. Open and spacious living areas that combine lounge, indoor dining room and a recently refurbished kitchen with new dishwasher and oven.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned in all living and sleeping areas (a must in the tropics), with new air-conditioning units installed in all bedrooms in Jan 2017. With the option of letting up to three large bedrooms to accommodate a MAXIMUM of 6 guests, our apartment is ideal for couples and for families. There are two bathrooms (Master bedroom with Ensuite, the 2nd bathroom with shower over bath), a separate powder room and fully equipped laundry. Master bedroom with King bed, wall mounted TV and Ensuite, 2nd bedroom with King bed, and 3rd bedroom with 2 singles. Quality linen provided for all beds.

There are two private balconies; one adjoining the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a larger private balcony adjoining the Master Bedroom and Lounge. What better way to immerse yourself in the tropical ambience of our property and enjoy the tranquillity of our tropical garden setting. You will be sure to see some of the wildlife including the beautiful Ulysses butterflies.

A large flat screen TV, DVD player and music system is provided in the lounge for guests. We have also provided a collection of DVD's, CD's and books for guests to enjoy. For families with infants we can provide a high chair, cot and stroller upon request at no charge.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the property. There is a 26 metre Pool, which includes a spa and a wading pool for children, and a fabulous BBQ and amenity area that has recently been refurbished. There is a full size tennis court for those who are more energetic. Our apartment is a leisurely 75 metre stroll to Palm Cove Esplanade where guests can experience an array of eclectic restaurants and shopping experiences that Palm Cove is renowned for. We also provide FREE WIFI to our guests.

Other things to note
For guests who have a car, one underground secure car park is provided. Access will be provided by our Manager upon check in.

Our apartment is easy to access and only has a number of steps before entering the apartment. Only a few stairs to climb - not floors.
