The flat on the 1st floor (no lift) and is split over 2 floors, i.e. 1 room for 3 persons and a small terrace, a large kitchen and a bathroom, both of which can be shared (if other guests are present) or for exclusive use if the entire flat is occupied. On the upper floor a charming attic with 2 bedrooms, (up to 5/6 persons), communicating with each other but separated by doors for privacy. The mansard is not to be shared with other guests, but possibly only with friends and/or relatives. A free parking space is also available. Other public car parks are available free of charge near the accommodation. Guests are provided with dishes, bed linen, towels and other essentials. We provide our guests with toilet paper, salt, sugar, soap (hands) and dishwashing liquid.

The e bathroom is located on the landing between the stairs leading to the attic, separated by doors for privacy. There is no shower cubicle, for that reason the shower is an all-in one with the bathroom, it is still comfortable and practical and easy to clean. During the use of toilet is not possible to go upstairs (in the attic). So Important dry the floor after the shower.


2. SHARING:
THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN WITH DINING ROOM MAY BE SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS (if present during the stay).

3. AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING:
Air conditioning is not installed, fans or coolers available. So in summer it can be quite hot, depending on the outside temperature. There is no heating (portable heaters can be booked separately at 5 euro per day each)

4. INTERNET CONNECTION
The internet connection is not on a fixed network but is a mobile pocket wifi (mobile company). It works, but it can of course sometimes be that the signal will be not stable, especially when several people are in the flat and using it, could happen it doesn't work. Internet connection does not work smoothly with streaming (live broadcasts, films, etc.). If you need a stable connection, unfortunately we cannot offer it at the moment. If you have any doubts, please ask us before booking.

Anyway the house has everything you need: Sheets, blankets, towels, dishes and plates, soap and other essentials, so that you can enjoy a carefree stay.

The apartment is located in an early 20th century building very close to Porta Nuova rail-station and it easily accesible from the airport by bus. Near by we have the old town of Pescara which is an area plenty of bars and restaurants. The flat, recently refurbished, is part of my apartment but with an independent entrance. The area is served by many services and is in a convenient position for getting around: university, the city centre and the beach can be easily reached by walking.

The space
It is a comfortable double room located in an apartment joined to the one where I live, but structurally completely independent and with a separate entrance. The room has a window that does not face outwards: which has the advantage of keeping the environment very quiet. The room is equipped with air conditioning (which can also act as a heat pump), smart TV and it is simply but comfortably furnished. The private bathroom is adjacent to the room. In the flat there is another room which can be rented to two other guests. The common areas are the kitchen and a large hall, and a studio room will be added soon.

I think i am easy to contact in case of need but at the same time i absolutely respect my guests privacy.

Other things to note
I emphasize that the apartment is located on the second level in a building with an elevator, but is structured on two floors and therefore it will be necessary to use a staircase to reach the sleeping area.
