The space
On your arrival, you can park your vehicle on the right hand side of the front carport. And enter through the separate private entry, to the fully self contained air conditioned unit. The unit is located underneath our house. You will be able to settle into the private unit.

During your stay, you will also have access to the large outdoor undercover area which is directly outside the unit. It is completely enclosed, secure and private. There is an extra living area here to relax in and enjoy, with a comfortable lounge suite and large TV. The BBQ is also available for your use and all the utensils have been conveniently provided.

There is a Bar in this entertainment area, feel free to use this space. To enjoy any beverages you bring. As the unit is a “No Smoking” area, you can sit at the Bar and have a cigarette.

We will not be supplying any alcohol, the Bar is simply another feature you can enjoy.

There is a key lockbox located near the black gate, located under the front deck. There are sensor lights to illuminate the area after dark.
Once you access the key, please enter the downstairs gate. There is a light switch on the left side of the gate once you enter. Mind your step, as you turn left. There is a small step up as you enter the entertainment area. Walk in and just past the big screen TV is the glass sliding door to the unit. There is another light switch located to the left of the door.

Can you PLEASE make sure that the black gate is locked at all times. This is for added security for the entertainment area, as well as The Unit.

Other things to note
Once you have entered the gate, you will notice the downstairs entertainment area.
Feel free to use the outdoor seating area, to watch the big screen and enjoy the footy or a movie. Both TV’s have a Chrome-cast and are linked to the WiFi.

There is a Family Q Weber BBQ, that you are welcome to use. There are BBQ essentials in the cupboard under the big screen. Plates, napkins, cutlery and the BBQ tools.

The unit is a “No Smoking” area.

We have a Bar in the entertainment area that you can utilise. Ashtrays are located on the Bar if you need.
