- "Payment was easy and communication about accessing the property was prompt and clear. It was decorated in a mostly white and beachside theme which was a nice touch and was appreciated because it kept the apartment cool. Even though it was winter the difference between Yeppoon and our hometown was still extremely noticeable. There was a fridge, hob and microwave for cooking, plus plenty of utensils and condiments. There were toiletries and laundry pods provided however we had our own. You could travel here with just your essentials and be pretty set up. We liked the fact that there is secure undercover parking. There are however steps up to the room to access the fob for this initially so could be something to bear in mind for any mobility challenges. From the car park there is lift access. The spaces are numbered although it did not get full during our stay and the majority of the apartments appear to be permanent residences. There are shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The beach and lagoon are also a fairly easy walk and our children loved the Keppel Kraken and Apex playground. We walked to the centre most days for breakfast and didn't have the same thing twice. If there is one gripe it's that we couldn't use the smart tv advertised without using a phone hotspot. WiFi would be useful for tourists. However this wasn't advertised so no points deducted! We will more than likely return."

This two storey townhouse is absolute beach front, with a lovely large lawned area leading to fabulous Farnborough Beach.

Internal access from the single lock up garage will lead you into a very well equipped kitchen, dining and open plan comfortable living area with a large TV. Double sliding doors will lead to a small outdoor seating/eating area. The master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and bathroom (with a shower over a deep bath) are up stairs with a private balcony off the master suite.

Downstairs, you will find a separate, second toilet.

Sleeps up to 4: 1 x Queen, 2 x singles.

WiFi is not provided. The spa (in the bath) is not operational but can be used as a tub.

- "This unit is decent but not stunning. It was quite unclean when we arrived, you can't park outside the unit, as it would block others and our ute didn't fit in carport. The pictures indicate the beach is right out back, which it's not and can't be seen or appreciated unless you take the 5min walk and it is lovely. If you have any mobility issues, you won't be able to get into the spa/bath/shower as it's so high and there's no step. The bedroom AC cycled on and off all night every minute which was annoying. There was plenty of dish washing & washing machine sachets, which was greatly appreciated and the cupboards are well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for self contained living. Overall, for the price, we were a little underwhelmed and won't stay again."

Two driveways exist and are located in Adelaide St, the southern end beneath the building (limited undercover) and northern end behind the building. Access behind the building requires keycard entry, entry is through the front until the unit keycard is sourced.

The apartment is privately owned and access is obtained via the keycard now located in the main foyer of reception (pigeon hole). There is no need to attend the reception desk. You must be punctual as the complex is accessed by a keycard between 8am-5pm, and Sundays 8-3pm.

Other things to note
Coin laundry facilities are available on level 3 and 6. A balcony is available with outdoor setting for those breathtaking views. You can even lull yourself to sleep to the sound of ocean waves by keeping the door ajar.

The front sun room of the apartment overlooks the Yeppoon beachfront, Keppel Kraken water park and the glorious Keppel Islands - a perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Great little breakfast bar looking to the north to enjoy your morning coffee whilst soaking in the coastal lifestyle and views.

The modern kitchen with stone bench tops features a fridge freezer, electric cooktop and oven, microwave and dishwasher for your convenience.

The unit has its own laundry sink and clothes dryer. There is a washing machine in the shared complex laundry on the ground floor for you to use if required.

Yeppoon beachfront offers the Keppel Kracken water park for smaller children or walk further up the beach to the Beachfront Lagoon pool where you can enjoy a cup of coffee whilst watching the children splash and swim in the huge pool.

Heaps of coffee shops and restaurants at your doorstep, so convenience plus! Easy walking distance to all that the CBD offers.

Great Keppel Island is only a 40 minute ferry trip away and the Capricorn Coast offers plenty of activities and experiences.

The Bay Vacationer building is an older style building right in the heart of Yeppoon CBD. There is a designated car port for one vehicle with the free multistorey council carpark only half a block away for any extra vehicles.

There are two flights of stairs to access unit.

This spacious Queen Studio is located on level 5 of The Bay Towers Hotel. Accommodating 2 people comfortably with a queen bed, small kitchenette, sitting area, private bathroom and balcony with ocean views. This studio is perfect for those who want to be a footstep from the ocean and in a central location to explore what Yeppoon has to offer.

The space
Located opposite Yeppoon Beach, the 3.5 star Bayview Tower features accommodation with a private balcony offering ocean and island views towards the Keppel Islands. Guests enjoy an outdoor pool and a bar

The air-conditioned accommodation offers free tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has a private bathroom with a hairdryer.

Bayview Tower Yeppoon is located in the heart of Yeppoon, 4 minutes' drive from the Capricorn Coast National Park. Yeppoon Golf Club is a 5 km away.

There are a number of restaurants within a 5-minute walk.

PARKING:
Parking is not allocated and is available on Ground Level directly behind reception and on Level 1 (drive up the hill to
northern end of building and take first driveway to the left – park where available at rear of the building – you have a
small silver key on your key set this will give you access to the building door and you will be beside the lift on level 1 once
you enter) Should both parks be full there is a small off-street carpark directly opposite the northern end of the building,
there is no restriction on parking in this area.

If you are leaving before 8am on the morning of your departure, please leave your key in the afterhours key return located on the office reception door adjacent to lifts on ground floor or outside front reception doors.

The space features two bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Two extra fold up beds are available if you are a larger family.
Both bathrooms are functional, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The living area is spacious, with high ceilings a comfortable sofa and TV with full streaming access to Foxtel platinum, for relaxing after a day of exploring. The fully equipped industrial kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home.

Guests have access to the upper level of this house only. Guests do not have access to the shed, carport or back garden, including the clothes line. The house is two storey with a permanent occupant downstairs.

Peaceful and beautifully decorated. All you need do is unpack and relax. Later you can stroll to the very nearby shops and eateries.

Guest access
There is a loading zone at the front of the building to park in and unpack your bags to go up to the room. There after you can choose to park your car under cover under the building or at the rear of the building in dedicated parking for guests. Accross the road there is further unpaid parking too.

Your hosts have dreamed of owning a little get-away at the beach and we have finally secured it with - Shore Thing. We love it so much that we want to share it with you when we are not using it ourselves!

My spacious 110 sq metre unit has been freshly painted and refurbished with unlimited Wifi.
In the heart of Yeppoon, it’s a stones throw to the beach, with easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops. The large front terrace overlooks the bustling street with partial ocean view. Park the car (note there is a 2 metre height restriction) and walk everywhere. Access is with lockbox, so no meet up required. From under cover parking walk straight into my unit.
