- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $110 per key and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Please leave the keys inside the property and take a photo of them. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and removing any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.

- "Very unacceptable service from wotif, vbro and Air-trip. Airtrip require invasive amount of personal details. Never again… Key didn’t work. Unit was dirty, short towels, short cutlery. Dishwasher broken. Food left in fridge. Cloth drier lint filter had 1cm thick layer of lint buildup. Shower does not drain properly so shower floor is dangerously slippery. Its my home away from home where I can have a relaxing me time. Open space makes it feels spacious and the entry is cute. The lounge is so comfortable you cam sleep on it. Everything is at your feet and you are close to everything you need and feels like your on holidays. Your fur babies will love access to the beach, there is a 20 mins walk that take you to my favourite cafe or enjoy a coffee at Granny’s Grind

- "When we got there fridge wouldnot close because of so much ice...not defosted. Toilet leaked. Hand rail fell off wall. No towels in one room. I had to get onto air trip to organise for repairs. Had to take photos and send.. all the repairs took half our stay to complete. I had to defrost fridge In our room The staff at oaks helped us with towels even though it was not their responsibility. Plus I was not happy booking through stayz and then a 3rd party appeared. Wont be booking withstayz again."

Within the resort there are open grassy areas to relax, three resort style pools to enjoy, a communal bbq are which guests are free to use as well as the onsite bar and restaurant. Our room includes all linen, towels along with basic cleaning supplies. The kitchenet within the room offers a toaster, kettle, microwave a hotplate and basic cutlery/crockery and utensils. As there is no sink within the kitchen a collapsable tub is supplied for dishes.

The apartment offers 1 queen size bed and one single bed, plus a roll out trundle, making this room perfect for a family.

Please note that this unit is within a busy resort, which at times host events like weddings and other functions. This can lead to a vibrant yet noisy atmosphere.

The space
Spacious, fully air conditioned ground floor beach themed apartment in a quiet and relaxing tropical setting on the beach at Dolphin Heads on Mackays Northern Beaches. Facing the beautiful Coral Sea.

The Unit is located within the Dolphin Heads Resort but is NOT part of the Resort letting pool. It is a self managed unit so please reach out to us, NOT RECEPTION for anything that you need.

Price is for the whole studio apartment and includes 2 adults and 2 kids or 4 adults in the one nightly rate but the single beds are only have thin foam mattresses, especially the trundle bed so best suited to kids

PLEASE NOTE: WiFi is available in the unit.

You will have access to all the resort facilities including the spacious lagoon style resort pool and spa and the Salt restaurant and bar.

We have beach towels for guest use as well as toys, including noodles and other pool toys for both the adults & kids!

A large community of ducks can be seen at the resort and from your balcony! Kookaburras can also be seen frequently around the resort, and possums at night.

There is a kitchinette area with a microwave, 2 electric hot plates and pots and pans enough plates and cutlery for 4 people..... which you may find useful on the couple of days that the restaurant is not open.

Seasonal wildlife activities include Turtle nesting, Whale watching, Dolphin and Goanna Spotting and Migratory Shorebirds. You can also fish from the beachfront.

You are renting the whole apartment. No one else will be staying in the apartment.

You also have access to all the resort areas including...

* Laundry which includes commercial washing machines & dryers. The cost is currently $5 per load and you can use a card or coins to pay.

There is plenty of parking in the resort car park. We recommend arriving by car or Uber/Taxi as there is no direct public transport to the Resort, but we can send information about public transport options, if wanted.

The resort is it's own destination, with a restaurant, bar, resort pools and spa. At the times when the restaurant is not open (currently weekday mornings, Sunday night & Mondays), it's a 30min walk to the Eimeo Pub for meals, a drink and to view the amazing sunsets from the pub.

NO PETS ALLOWED at the resort

Public Transport is not close unless travelling during bus pick up & drop off times, as you can catch the school bus during those times. You are best to arrive by car or plan on spending your time at the resort.

We provide a kitchinette with basic supplies so that you are able to make meals when the resturaunt isn't open. When it is open the food is amazing!

The resturant opening times vary based on the season. If you are relying on the resturant being open please call them to check on current opening days and times or do come prepared to make meals in the unit or have the ability to travel other locations for food.

The Rural View shops are only a 7min drive from the Resort. There you will find Woolworths, Coles, Fast food like Dominos, McDonalds & KFC as well as a bakery, Kebab Shop and Australia Post.
