You have a great location that is close to Stockland Shopping Centre, Hospital and the University, and not far from the city.
Your room is situated on the bottom floor of the house, and the top floor (where we live) is a completely separate living space, so you have your privacy, with the choice to meet new people if you want. There are 4 rooms on the bottom level, so it has a share house vibe. The bathroom, kitchen and living area are shared with other guests.
All the rooms have AC, a fan, wardrobe, study desk and it's own lock. WIFI is free and connected to the NBN. There is space out in the street for your car to be parked.

There is a sizeable pool in the complex, available for your use.
Pool towel/s are provided in addition to regular towels.
Pool access is on the ground level. Simply turn right after you exit the building via the ground level door and follow the path around to the pool entry.

Breakfast provisions are also provided.

The Body Corporate charge $200 to replace the access card, so it is in guests best interests to look after the card and return it when they check out.

Lost, damaged or non-returned cards incur this $200 penalty, plus $50 to replace the keys.

In addition, if keys are not returned when you check out, you will be charged an additional nights accommodation fee (consider it an inconvenience fee) while we replace the non-returned items.

Our guest room is perfect for guests who prefer a comfortable, homely, quiet environment.

The house is close to the airport, city centre, and beaches. Situated in a safe neighborhood with gated access, providing peace of mind during your stay.

We have a small, 12-year-old dog who is friendly but prefers to keep to herself, ensuring your stay remains undisturbed.

Complementary pick up from the airport. Early check-in and longer stays are possible. Send us the dates, we will confirm with you.

The space
This house is located in a quiet area, ensuring you can get a good night sleep.
The living room, dining area and kitchen are on the ground floor. Your bedroom is located upstairs.

For a relaxing time, you can use the swimming pool (free) or the garden.

If you have a car, there is a free visitor's car space inside the gate. There is free parking on the street.

During your stay
On your arrival, we will be greeting you at the gate and show you around to ensure you are comfortable with the space. Feel free to ask any questions, we will be more than happy to assist.

This two bedroom self contained unit is 50mtrs from Townsville's most known attraction, "The Strand".
Close to shops, restaurants, nightlife, public transport, city centre and parks are all in walking distance. My Mother lives next door and is happy to assist if we are unavailable. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The space
If your visiting Townsville the only location you want to be is THE STRAND, the apartment is in a block of 4 and 2 of these are residential. It's an older style apartment with comfortable furnishings and clean. It is an upstairs unit and has nice breezes. Both bedrooms have air cons to have a good night sleep in the summer months but there is no air conditioning throughout the main living areas but there are fans.
Tea and coffee is provided free of charge. NBN has been installed with Wi-Fi

Washing machine is downstairs and there is a carport for your car in the rear of the property.

Other things to note
There are stairs leading to the apartment so may not be suitable for wheelchair access or elderly persons.

Renovated studio on the ground floor of a Queenslander. Private entrance on Stretton Lance with secure parking off the street. Bathroom/laundry. Can accommodate up to 6 occupants plus 1 infant. Beds - queen, 2 single beds & double sofa beds & portacot, high chair & baby bath. 10 min drive from Townsville airport & 10 to 15 min drive to Townsville. 12 min walk to Supa IGA in Crestwood Plaza & 25 min walk to Domain shopping plaza. Provided; pillows & quilts without covers. Bring the rest.

Other things to note
The studio is on the ground level of a tenanted 3 bedroom property. Studio has its own separate outdoor area as well as a its own carport.
