This newly built granny flat is attached to a garage at the rear of the block with its own private entrance.

The flat is a gorgeous newly built bedsit style flat with a large shower with rain shower head and outdoor bath. The kitchen has a microwave, convection oven with a bbq that has a wok element on the verandah. We have Starlink available to enable you to work or just enjoy the benefits of fast internet. There is a large verandah that overlooks the butterfly forest. The main residence is in the front yard and has a beautiful magnesium pool that we share with our guests. The pool is heated in winter on request to allow year round swimming. Great location central to the main walks in Horseshoe Bay and right behind the foreshore restaurants and beach. This large block allows enough off street parking for vehicles and trailers.

Your cabin is tucked away from our main house on an acre block and is very private. It is surrounded by bush and native fauna and flora.
We share an access driveway. There is a rear access that can be utilised in good weather.
