Trinity Beach is a quiet seaside community with several excellent restaurants and cafés within a short stroll. It is located about 25 minutes north of the center of Cairns and even closer to some of the areas best attractions. If you plan to visit Port Douglas, The Daintree, or Kuranda Village, Trinity Beach is closer than staying in Cairns.

A car is definitely the easiest and most convenient way to get around, but the bus station is nearby. Several guests have stayed using only public transportation and found it easy to get around, but a bit time consuming. To get to the city by bus is about 45min. Another option is arranging pick up which is available by several tour operators. There is additional charge for pick ups, but it is usually cheaper than car hire.

There are no city buses from the Airport. If you are not renting a car I suggest getting a taxi. It will cost around $55 and take approximately 25min. There are a few shuttle buses, but if you have 2 people it is around the same cost as a taxi and you may have to make several stops. A shuttle bus is only cheaper if you are 1 person traveling.

Note: This property does NOT have 2 separate bedrooms. It has 1 bedroom, with the second bed being accessed by stairs to a loft bed above the kitchen.

We provide professionally clean linen ,bath and pool towels. We do not service this property daily.

We are managing iglu 5 and 6. Should you have a large group traveling we can accommodate up to 6 guests between the 2 units. It would be a great place for a few families to gather and have their own separate unit, but be close enough to enjoy each other's company.

- "Everything you need all in a peaceful location. We wanted to stay a bit out of town and make the most of the beach and this place was absolutely perfect. Just a short stroll to the beach each morning and only about 25 minutes drive into Cairns CBD. We will absolutely be back to stay again. " - "What a shame. We arrived and the property hadn’t been cleaned. I rang the property manager who was very apologetic and confirmed the cleaner was sick and didn’t bother to tell anyone. She organised for the property to be cleaned urgently and offered to reimburse us for a couple of drinks as we were nearby having a drink so we weren’t in their way. We came back and when I went to bed I discovered they had only made one bed up, the main bed and the bed I was meant to sleep on was just a bare mattress. I messaged the host advising them of this. The response was ‘you booked for two people so the cleaner just made one bed up’. It was a trip for my Mum and I. I purposely booked a property with two queen beds. They came the next morning and made the second bed up for me but not after a night with no mattress protector, sheets or pillow cases. I didn’t care about the original clean not happening as things happen and it was resolved quickly but not having a made up bed to sleep on was very disappointing and I certainly wasn’t going to let my Mum sleep on it. I wasn’t going to send the host our receipt for the drinks she’d offered to reimburse but after that I did. Still no response or reimbursement."

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. Convenient GROUND FLOOR unit only a flat 2 minute walk from the beautiful Trinity Beach. Less than 200 metres to restaurants, bars, cafes and a major bus stop to head into the heart of Cairns, or North to Palm Cove.

3 brand new air conditioners installed March 2025 to help escape the Tropical heat.

The space
Both bedrooms can be set up as superkings, or twin king singles.
There is also the option of an additional fold out double size mattress for a 5th guest.
There is a portable cot with plenty of room in either bedroom for it to be set up.

There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a gorgeous pool for the guests to use.

You will be given full access to the unit, the complexes large pool, and your own undercover parking spot.

Girls Girls Girls, feel safe relaxed sharing the Coral Sands Resort with this smiley happy 60s chick! Relax by the pool or in lush gardens. Enjoy lounging on the balcony with a paradise view. Walk at the beach straight across the road.
If you want company and conversation I can gladly do! If you want me to give you a lift to the airport I can do! Some site seeing if you like I can do! Stairs only sorry no lifts. I don’t dislike Men, just wanted a safe option for the Ladies!

The space
Feeling safe is important to me as a solo lady, I want other ladies to feel safe too! My apartment is on the 3rd level overlooking the resort, locked stairwell for extra protection.

Guest access
As this is my home you have access to all of the apartment. I lock my bedroom and ensuite. We share all other areas which is open plan kitchen dining and lounge study and large undercover balcony which is great for when it’s raining. Your bedroom and bathroom/toilet are for your exclusive use only.

During your stay
If you want to have company I’m more than happy to share with you. If you want to just stay in bed all day, I won’t judge you, indulge!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With a calming tone, you will be sure to be able to unwind and relax, either by the pool, 2 steps at your back patio or looking at the beautiful mountain side. With a short walk just over the hill that provides stunning views of Trinity Beach and beyond you cannot ask for much more. You can opt for the more simple walk too via the road, which both options will only take you 3 short minutes. Restaurants, cafes and a Tavern all in walking distance.

The space
You will have access to the entire apartment except the one room which is locked up and not usable housing my own personal belongings.

Guests will have access and use of both pools on the premises.

This space is in walking distance to the beauty which is Trinity Beach and its esplanade, the local Trinty Beach Tavern, cafes and restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.

Other things to note
I cannot wait to share my peace of paradise with you.

Also, if you have an infant I can provide at a small extra cost the use of a porta cot and linen which will more then easily fit into your room.

Our Apartment is in the On the beach complex, close to restaurants, shops, and the awesome Trinity Beach. You’ll love our place because it is just 50mts from the beach. Our apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and is fully self contained.

The space
It has a spacious lounge dining area with a private balcony overlooking picturesque Trinity Beach. It has a two way en-suite bathroom with bath and laundry facilities, free WIFI upgraded on July 2017 and parking, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette.
The apartment will be freshly renovated in September 2016 based on a beach theme and new photos will be posted then.

The apartment is fully self-contained, the guests have access to the whole apartment. The common areas such as the pool area and barbecue also available for the guests and the reception at the entrance to resort has tour booking facility that can help out with tours, pool and BBQ are in the front yard and the Patrolled beach is just across the road.

Other things to note
There are 2 shopping centres within 10 minutes drive from On the beach. One at Clifton beach, head north on the highway and the other at Smithfield, head south on highway. The bus will drop at both.

Relax and unwind in a quiet complex just minutes from the stunning Trinity Beach. The complex has a pool to cool off after spending the day in the sun. Stroll to the beach or take a short walk to the nearby local shop, where you’ll find a bakery, newsagency, post office, pharmacy, coffee shop, and the local grocery store. The shopping complex also has a variety of local takeaways and restaurants. There are plenty more dining options along the beach front without the need of venturing too far.

Unit 28 is a self-contained apartment in a holiday apartment complex situated 2 blocks back from the beach at Trinity. This newly renovated privately managed 2-bedroom unit is an ideal location to explore beautiful tropical north Queensland or spend your lazy days relaxing by the resort style pool.
