Good help from front desk staff, & we were given access to apartment when arrived at 9am (rather than 5pm). About 12 min walk to both beach & Portaventura. We would stay again, but probably ask for a different room."

The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so on top of already expensive there were more costs. The kettle didn’t work unless you held the button in which is minor but just to say it wasn’t luxurious. Rooms were clean. The receptionist was very helpful. The second double bed was two singles at different heights "
