Trouble was more than several teens who did not reside there were using the private grounds for hanging out and skipping school. They took over the space with antisocial behaviour (loud music, swearing, leaving rubbish, breaking furniture, damaging plants jumping from the bridge and jetty). We called the real estate and we’re told the property manager would get back to us but we didn’t get a call back and we had to confront the group ourselves.. we notified real estate again by txt but never heard back. That’s why we have rated the area and communication poorly."

Huge balcony with amazing views overlooking the Camden Haven River. The Fishermans Co-Op is right across the road selling fresh local fish and chips or purchase your own choice of fresh seafood. The jetty is also part of the Co-Op making it an ideal place to laze away your days fishing or boating on the beautiful Camden Haven River. Coffee van also now available at the co-op.
Walk along the riverwalk to the North Haven RSL club or down to the Riverwalk Markets every 3rd Sunday. Beaches are within an easy drive.
