The apartment had the same balcony as every other apartment but also had a large courtyard that was completely private with high fences. Perfect apt to stay if you have young kids who need to run around safely. BYO sun lounger chairs as our courtyard just had the standard table and chairs. The apartment was modern and clean. The kitchen had all the necessities and stone bench tops. The main bedroom had a comfortable king size bed and the other room had two singles and a fold up bed in the closet. Every bathroom has a spa bath and clean, modern bathroom facilities. There's a laundry in each apt. This was the first time we stayed at Port Macquarie and we lucked out on the location. I like a tropical paradise for the trees and vegetation and the beach was right across the road surrounded by natural bushland and palms. Flynns Beach was a 100m walk away and it's a beautiful uncrowded beach. There is a bottle shop and grocery store 100m away and great Italian and Mexican/Pizza restaurants about 150m away as well as a fish and chip hamburger joint and good cafes. I much preferred this location to the main hotel area on the point where there are only a few trees and a crowded beach. If you're not in a courtyard, I think every other apartment has a view of the beach or ocean. The parking is suitable for high 4WDs. "

You will have access to the studio from either the Northern side (with off-street parking) or from the Eastern side which also has ample free street parking, via a secure touchscreen electronic deadbolt (user code provided upon booking). First you will need to activate the screen (by touching with palm, back of hand or with three or more fingers until digits illuminate), then touch the random digits that light up (this is a security feature), then enter the code provided by us and press the Lock symbol (bottom right-hand corner). The door will then unlock. There is also a key available if required.

As this gorgeous, intimate space comprises of a queen bed and double sofa lounge, there is still enough room to walk around when the sofa lounge is folded out however it is ideally suited to either a couple, three adults, a couple with two small children or business executives travelling alone or with another person. We appreciate the wish to travel with your precious pets but our space can only accommodate small to medium fur babies and caged feathered friends.
If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know when booking as a courtesy and so we can welcome them by name. Please bring your pets favourite bedding (no pets on the bed, sofa or furniture please), food and water bowls with you. Pets are not to be left unattended indoors at any time or out in the courtyard for an undue length of time as this can cause distress to your pet in a strange environment. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours and are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Waste bags are to be disposed of in the bins around the back of the studio. Pets must not cause damage to the studio, furnishings, plants or artworks. We assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises - guests shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.
Beside the studio is our garage which includes our working bee keeping extraction area which we may be using at certain times throughout the day. We will keep to ourselves as best as possible but you are most welcome to come for a look and chat when we are home! In the early mornings and late evenings, (depending on circumstances) we will be opening and closing our honey honesty box which sits on the front nature strip close to the road in front of the studio. The box won’t impact on parking at all and will not cause any disruption to you.

This two-bedroom unit is located on the first floor overlooking the caravan park to the ocean. Tastefully decorated this unit is bright and airy.
The unit has 2 bedrooms with a queen in the main and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom, all linen is included. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge area.
The large balcony opens onto the lounge area and the main bedroom, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

Generous balcony with outdoor furniture to relax and unwind to those ocean sounds and view, good sized modern bathroom, open plan kitchen/living dining, as well as internal laundry with washing machine.
No need to drive to the beach with Tacking Point Surf Club located across the road. Beach is patrolled in warmer months. Surf Club has a bar open Friday and Sunday afternoon/ evening. Coast Cafe is open daily for breakfast, lunch and coffee. Excellent surfing at and on Ironman bike leg. Enjoy a stroll along the beach or if feeling energetic climb the stairs to the lighthouse. Coastal walk continues all the way to town with several vantage points along the way. Single garage suitable for small cars. Plenty of street parking.
Neighbourhood shops are a short walk away boasting 2 restaurants, 2 cafes, takeaway, post office, convenience store, hairdresser and bottle shop.

This well appointed ground floor unit completes the downstairs level of this beautifully renovated home. A central location very close to the river, a level walk to the Laurieton Club, the Plaza Theatre and CBD. Choose from the many cafes and restaurants for your morning coffee, lunch or a great evening meal.
There is a BBQ area at the rear of the house and a fantastic undercover area for the kids, or they can utilise the playing fields and park area just across the road. If you are up for a little exercise you can take in the sights on foot or bicycle as the pathway hugs the river's edge right up to North Haven Beach or over to Dunbogan in the opposite direction.
Sleeps 6: 1 Queen bedroom + 1 Queen and single bunks. The kitchen has recently been upgraded. Plenty of undercover parking for 2 vehicles or car + boat.

It is so much nicer to be able to shop local, within a walk away, than need to jump in the car to go shopping. Two reasonably sized double bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and another general bathroom. Pleasant kitchen/diner/living room and nice views out over trees and houses to the ocean. The only possible negative - the walkway at the apartment block from the lift to the apartment door, while only 20 metres long, can be very slippy when wet and it does feel rather open with only a perspex barrier and handrail about 1 metre high.I have stayed in a hotel and a motel in Port and also another apartment, but for future stays, will always be looking for the Everard apartment first."

The space
The listing is the spare bedroom in my apartment which is furnished with a queen size bed, bed side tables and clothes storage. Shared bathroom with separate toilet. Open-plan kitchen, living and dining with covered balcony. Laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothesline. Unfortunately no wi-fi or tv but plenty of things to do close by to stay occupied. I also reside in the apartment however booking the entire apartment (both bedrooms) can be open for discussion.

Jolly Nose Hill is known locally for extensive walking and bike tracks. Rainbow Beach hosts regular surfing competitions. The Beach Hotel, 5 mins away, has a good menu and live music at weekends and the Nursery serves yummy breakfasts, both with fun play areas.
Up the road in Port Macquarie, you’ll find shops, cafes and restaurants, Glasshouse Theatre, cinema, lighthouse, museums, Koala Hospital..
A little further up the road, but not much, is Stoney Park, an aqua park for both young and old.
The space
Our space consists of a lounge area with a double sofa bed and kitchenette. Kitchenette consists of microwave, sink the drainer, cupboards with cutlery and crockery etc, toaster, ketttle, toasted sandwich maker but NO cooktop. The bedroom has a double bed and mattress underneath for children and can be made up on request. Please note that there is one bedroom and the lounge becomes the second bedroom when the sofa bed is opened, therefore I have listed it as 1 bedroom. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and wash basin.
Our property is 4 and a half acres and we have regular kangaroo and deer visitors plus many native birds.
Children are very welcome.

Guests are welcome to wander wherever they wish on our land. Picnic outside under the trees, relax with a glass of wine and a good book in the garden and enjoy the company of kangaroos, deer and many beautiful birds.

There is a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge but no cooktop. Please do not cook inside. BBQ available on request

This space is ideal for a couple or a young family looking for a prime location to unwind in lovely Port Macquarie. A short stroll to Flynn’s beach. The apartment is relaxed and comfortable, with a medium size lounge/ dining area with balcony and seating. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed , and one with bunk beds. The bathroom and kitchen are original but very functional with separate laundry with washing machine. The carpet is clean but is due to be replaced shortly, there are fresh mats over most of the marks.

This studio is centrally located with just a quick drive to Port Macquarie’s lively CBD, koala hospital, and Tacking Point Lighthouse.
The space
Oasis on Oleander is a one bedroom, one bathroom fully self contained studio which is situated on the ground floor of our residence. . The studio has access to our courtyard with gardens and lawns that are maintained regularly.
Guest access
Our guests not only have access to the Oasis On Oleander studio, they also are more than welcolme to relax in our courtyard which has a clothes line for guests use only.
Other things to note
As the studio is on the lower level of our home, our office is directly above, so you may hear some soft footsteps during the day. We are a quiet couple who are early to bed and early to rise. There is only the two of us residing here on the property so you may hear the normal sounds of life occassionally.

Located on the Koala Nature Trail and just a few minutes drive from local beaches, the town centre, clubs and boat ramps, Enjoy the amenities and a cozy atmosphere, blending the convenience of central town living with the sounds of nature. The space
Using the main Foyer Door you will enter the hallway leading to your Koala Trail Apartment Door which has sensor lights as you walk. There is a Private stairway to the left which leads to the upstairs Unit.
Once you enter your apartment you will be in the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The very spacious queensize bedroom is through the door on the left which also contains a desk and extra large double sliding robe. (If you wish to have a single bed setup for the third person then please make a request and specify whether to have it in the bedroom or the living room in place of the 3 seater couch).
To the right of the living room you will find a long north facing balcony with a BBQ and table and chairs which is perfect for a bacon and egg breaky with a coffee overlooking the garden below.
The emergency exit is left on the balcony and then left through the gate back out to the parking area and street.

We have used holiday accommodation many times over the years and really appreciate it when we find some quality and also when things work.
You know that feeling when you finally arrive and sit down to relax and flick on the "included Streaming service" and all you get is the endless spinner !! So frustrating!!
As a result we want you to feel the joy so we endeavour to provide some quality items for the important things and make sure everything is in good working order.
Some of the things we have setup are fast internet that actually works , a great LG TV & Soundbar and also a Amazon Prime account for you to use along with Iview, 7plus and other streaming apps already installed and setup ready to go. (Of coarse you can always sign in with your own accounts if you prefer)
We also provide the best quality Mattress with Super 'Cumfy' matress topper, a Nespresso Coffee Pod machine along with an assortment of our favorite pods (including some decaf pods) . We also have provided some Elixer Coffee pods to make a delicious cup that rivals most in town. A Ninja Foodi airfryer/multicooker with instructions, a comprehensive travel library for dream building, games and many more things that we think really make a getaway great.
