ArtHOUSE No. 3 is our brand new edition to our gorgeous accommodation. This apartment has glass frontage non obstructed ocean views of Emerald Beach , just 60 metres from the sand sitting on a reserve and surrounded by national park. It is equipped with all mod cons, a king size bed, gorgeous bathroom, fully self contained kitchen, and everything is provided that is needed for a relaxing holiday. It is spacious, creative, colourful and unique! ArtHOUSE 3 also has a small second bedroom for extra guests. Private parking is available along with a lockable storage room.

The Apartments

We have three fully self-contained absolute beachfront apartments on the one property, ArtHOUSE 1 and 2 are listed on separately on Stayz, so if this apartment is not available please find their listings by simply searching ArtHOUSE No.1 or No.2.
The property has an northerly aspect, therefore warm and cozy in winter, and cool and comfortable in summer.
We aim to provide a high standard of cleanliness and service at the most competitive rates for absolute beachfront accommodation.
These apartments are not serviced daily. Although we are prepared to provide clean linen when needed for long term stays.
We are not a BnB, but we are situated right next door to a fabulous café which is open for great coffee, breaky, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

Each of our three ArtHOUSE’s are open plan in design and creatively and artistically appointed with original artworks exhibited. All apartments boast ocean views from inside looking out and both have decks for your enjoyment.

ArtHOUSE 1 is more secluded and private, nestled amongst our established beautiful coastal gardens.

ArtHOUSE 2 is more exposed and less private but with better ocean views. This ArtHOUSE is newer and a little more up market.

ArtHOUSE 3 is more luxurious, with a direct easterly aspect, bigger deck, bigger bed and bigger kitchen!

Our apartments are designed for couples although we can provide extra bedding for more guests if required at an extra fee.

It is 15 minutes from Coffs Harbour, and 8 minutes to Woolgoolga. There are buses if needed.

The Apartment - This lovely second floor apartment has been fully renovated to ensure a comfortable holiday experience while still maintaining its relaxed beach shack style. Living and dining areas are north facing with floor to ceiling glass capturing panoramic views of the beach, ocean and hinterland. Fully equip kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Beautiful polished floor boards throughout the whole apartment. Two bedrooms, one with queen bed, and the other with two singles. Modern bathroom. The large deck opens off from main living area, enjoy a family BBQ while admiring the view.

Parking: Please note that the driveway on the right hand side of the property belongs to the downstairs neighbour. You can park parallel to the road at the left hand side of the property ensuring you do not park them in. Alternatively if you have two cars you can park on the grass in front of the left hand side of the property.

Situated a short drive from beaches, walking trails, rainforests, Sandy Beach or Woolgoolga, Moonee Beach, shopping, restaurants and more!

Features include a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, seasonal fruit, washing machine, reverse cycle air condition, linen and so much more. There is a welcome guide for guests which includes suggestions about places to visit, activities to do and places to eat and much more.

The apartment is under the main house. We have made a number of improvements to soundproof the noise from above, however, you will hear some noise. We are very conscious about making your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is completely seperate from the main house and has a private entry and no access by the owner once inside.

The space
Located on a large, semi-rural block of land which gives the feeling of being in the country, yet you're only a few minutes from the beach, waterfall trails, restaurants and shopping. On one side is the sea and on the other is native forests. There is an abundance of wildlife, from native birds to wallabies, possums and lizards. Close to the highway making it convenient and easy to find without the noise.

Inside, you'll find a bowl of fresh fruit upon arrival. There is a coffee machine, tea, instant coffee, milk and some cooking essentials. Breakfast is on offer in the form of a selection of cereals, pancakes, toast and a variety of spreads. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and homely with features to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The main room has a queen-sized bed while the other has a bunk bed with a single bed on top and double bed underneath. Upon request, there is a porta cot and fold out bed we can set up for you before you arrive. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike for rainy days. Beach towels, umbrella, seats, pillows and buckets and shovels are included for when you visit the beach. Ceiling fans have been installed in every room and there is an air-conditioner for maximum comfort.

There is a trampoline outside for the kids to play on and a swing for babies and toddlers. Outdoor table and chairs to help you relax. The outside is natural bushland and has an abundance of native birds and wildlife. Our aim is to turn the property into a semi-farm stay with chickens, bees and a vegetable patch to offer guests fresh produce when they stay. We hope to have better outside amenities in the future including a BBQ area and utilisation of the balcony.

The nightly rate is inclusive of cleaning and all we ask is that the apartment be left clean and tidy when you leave.

Guest access
A lock box is used for access. The code will be shared closer to the time of arrival.

The unit is on the ground floor; however the driveway is steep and not suitable for anyone in a wheelchair. The property is unfenced so children may need supervision when outside.

Interactions with Guests
Although my family and I live in the house upstairs, we prefer to leave guests to enjoy their stay without any interruption from us. The apartment space is completely private. Having said that, my Husband and I are only a message or phone call away should you need anything. We are happy to chat and share any insights you need.

We have made a number of improvements to soundproof the noise from above, however, you will hear noise.

Other things to note
There is a dog on the property and her name is Bella. You will likely not see her as she spends most of her time with us upstairs or doing her favourite thing which is going for walks on the beach :) In the unlikely event that you should meet her, she is large and will likely bark to alert us that there is someone she doesn't know on the property. She is not aggressive and will not approach you but rather bark from a distance.

Emerald Hub 1 is one half of Emerald Hub, with its own entrance, kitchen, lounge room, bathroom and a shared swimming pool.

Emerald Hub 1 is the main house with access to a shared swimming pool, just moments from the beach. Rented separately, you will have a quiet space to sleep with up to 6 guests by renting Emerald Hub 1, or simply have the best of both worlds and rent the entire property to yourself when you rent Emerald Hub 1 and 2.

Able to be booked in conjunction with Emerald Hub 2 to sleep at total of 11 guests if required. Emerald Hub 1 sleeps a total of 6 guests comfortably, there are two bedrooms with double beds and built in robes, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped with a kitchen with a spacious fridge, electric cooktop, oven and microwave for dining in with the family. Enjoy the outdoors - there is a BBQ in the undercover area outside with outdoor furniture to take in the pool view. Please note that the balcony and pool are shared areas and may be in use by other guests during your stay. A great opportunity to meet like-minded people on your travels!

The upper two levels which comprise Victoria's Ocean Escape, feature 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The open-plan attic-style room with a king bed and lounge area offers unparalleled ocean views. The king bed (Split King) in Bedroom 1 can be divided into 2 singles on request. This room also has a desk with powerpoint.

The lounge and dining areas are open-plan and spacious, with comfortable lounge seating and a dining table. There's a reading nook to sit and take in the beautiful ocean and beach views. The dining area opens up to an undercover balcony with lounge seating, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze as well as pool and ocean views. The living area has an air conditioning unit.

The upper level is an attic-style large open room with a King Bed and lounge setting. The ocean views from this level are
absolutely incredible. Enjoy curling up with a book, or enjoy a glass of champagne as you relax. Open the shutters and lourvre windows for the sea breeze. There is no air-conditioning on this level.

The family bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and you'll love the glamorous double shower with double glass doors.
Take advantage of shared access to the pool and pizza oven,
which is shared with guests if the lower level has been booked (Victoria's Poolside). Access to the pool and backyard is via the left-hand side of the house. The garage has space for 2 small cars and is for your exclusive use.

Emerald Hub 2 is a self-contained flat attached to the main house with access to a shared swimming pool, just moments from the beach.

Rented separately, you will have a quiet space to sleep up to 5 guests by renting Emerald Hub 2 or simply have the best of both worlds and rent the entire property to yourself when you rent Emerald Hub 1 and 2.

Emerald Hub 2 sleeps a total of 5 guests comfortably, with a Queen room with built in robes and access to the back patio. There is a renovated bathroom and another bedroom with a tri bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top) for your extra family members.
There is a fully fenced yard and doggy door for the family pet, please contact us if you wish to bring a pet. A 100 pet fee applies and agreement to our pet policy. Guests must advise of any pets at the time of booking.

There is a simple kitchenette with microwave, single electric cooktop and bar fridge/freezer to use with all the crockery you need. Enjoy the outdoors - there is a Bbq in the undercover area outside with outdoor furniture to take in the pool view. Please note that the balcony and pool are shared areas and may be in use by other guests during your stay. A great opportunity to meet like-minded people on your travels!

The private lounge room is the perfect hidden retreat with flat screen TV and comfortable couch to relax. Drive straight in and park undercover, with a separate entrance for the granny flat. Enter the property by walking down the right-hand side of the house, to the undercover area, where access is via the glass siding door. Victoria"s Poolside occupies the lower level of "Victoria"s", and does not have access to the upper 2 levels. The pool and pizza oven are shared with guests staying in the upper 2 levels of the home (Victoria's Ocean Escape).

The living area opens up to your private undercover poolside area, so you can watch the kids in the pool. The living area has comfortable seating and a bean bag, as well as a large smart TV.

The queen room is spacious with a small ensuite, with a shower and toilet. The large second bedroom features 3 single beds, and it can be configured as a king and 1 single upon request. There is a family bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The apartment has a kitchenette with a portable stovetop and microwave, dishes and utensils, a toaster and kettle, and a Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is a small bar fridge in the kitchenette plus an additional full-size fridge in the laundry. If you don"t feel like cooking, head to the several restaurants in Emerald Beach or use our Concierge Service to have platters or catering delivered to your door.
