Emerald Beach House has a great location set up above the street and is very close to the surfing beach and less than 20minutes north of Coffs Harbour. The house is beautifully presented, clean and well maintained, with lovely coastal views.

The enormous deck (Nov 2022) showcases our panoramic views of the beach and coastline and has plenty of space for sunbathing, lounging and dining. See the photos - currently being updated for the new space.

Accommodation is on the one level, although there are two flights of steps up to the house from the street. The living and dining areas are generous and a reverse cycle air-conditioner and fan will keep you comfortable. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a shower as well as a large laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities for guest use.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the large second bedroom has twin beds and a foldout ottoman - it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 children or 2 adults. Each bedroom, and the living area, are fitted with a ceiling fan.

The fully-fenced rear garden is accessed through the tiled laundry. An outside shower is available to wash off sand and saltwater.

Our part-time manager uses the small completely separate flat on the lower level.

As well as the main surfing beach, there's a large leash-free area of the beach for dogs so you can book a holiday for the whole family!

Emerald Beach is a small village less than 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour. along the Pacific Highway. It has two great restaurants, takeaway store, a pizza/pasta place, hole in the wall cafe, general store, hairdresser and bottle shop.

Holiday accommodation in Emerald Beach, dog-friendly, 10mn from Coffs Harbour, NSW, between Brisbane and Sydney, a minute off Highway 1. This bright suite is only a 10-minute walk to 3 gorgeous beaches.
The place has one bedroom including a queen bed with a new King Koil mattress, as it is important that you enjoy a wonderful night sleep even if you have a back issue, as well as 1 single bed and a trundle with foam matrice (for an extra kid if needed) . There is a fully equipped kitchenette, a BBQ and a gaz burner on the terrace as well as a microwave oven. Parking spot just in front of the studio, nice comfy living room with a big-screen TV. There is a laundry, small shower, and WC. The studio is a 5-minute walk to the local takeaway, coffee shop, restaurant and bottle shop. Forget your car, sit back, relax and breathe! The suburb is very quiet!
Please be aware that the bunk bed are no longer in the bedroom for convenient reason.There is a single bed instead and if you need an extra bed please put it in the booking and let me know I will arrange a matice on a trundle.

THE HOME
Emerald Lake Estate is a stunning Balinese Inspired Home approximately 70mt long with expansive decks and verandahs facing out over the lawns toward the Emerald Lake and Mountains. A Resort Style pool area with 20mt pool, spa and sun decks. Emerald Lakes Estate has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms, inside and outside dining areas and is an expansive multi- level mansion spanning the lake front lawns.

The entire home is fully air conditioned and heated with twin ducted Reverse Cycle A/C systems.

BEDROOMS
2 master Bedroom Suites are situated at each end of the home with an additional 2 Queen Rooms and a fifth room having a double and single bed with trundle under.
The Northern Master Queen bedroom is located by the pool and has elevated views over the lake and back garden and orchard. It has a 55 inch flat screen TV and entertainment including Fox Cable TV, DVD and music system. There is a spacious ensuite with double shower and walk in robe.
The Southern Master King Suite is an enormous parents private retreat with Its own lounge area equipped with 60" flat screen TV, sound system, DVD, Fox Cable TV, DVD, etc. It has a large walk in robe with make-up counter and Luxurious ensuite with spectacular double shower and Extra Large Bath overlooking the lake and mountains out a plate glass window. The Master Suite is surrounded by extensive covered decks with outside lounging area, fire pit and hammock, perched looking over the lake.

Ideal for families with wide shallow steps to sit with babies or young children but plenty of space for kids to play games or long enough for some early morning laps. For those with canine friends that simply can’t be left out of the holiday action we have the perfect rear yard. With lawns, gardens and a small orchard there is lots of room to play. However we strictly do not allow any pets inside the home at any time.

For the kids the expansive lawns with grass sports games by the lake offer endless fun when they can get themselves out of the pool. We also have Boules, Croquet, balls etc. and for the bigger kid’s push bikes, skate boards, etc. to play with outside on the concrete paths and 100mt gently sloping concrete driveway.
By the lake there are extensive lawns for bike riding, golf, soccer etc. You can even bring your tent and camp the kids by the lake. They will have a great time fishing and camping within sight of the adults on the deck and in the home just 20mt
Inside we also have many games, books and kids toys to play with as well as Playstation 4 with loads of games on 60” TV, Foxtel Boxes Throughout the home and Apple TV for Netflix or running movies off your IPad.

If you wish to bring your boat to do some offshore fishing or a jet ski or two to use in the Harbour, Ocean or estuaries nearby there is a large concrete parking area with wash out facilities. EMERALD BEACH
The property is located at Emerald Beach and is within 1 minute to several beaches that are renowned for surfing, fishing and family fun. Emerald Back Beach, Sandy Back Beach and Emerald Middle Headland Beach are also very quiet (mostly deserted) beaches that are amongst the most beautiful and picturesque in Australia. Ideal for romantic walks over the beaches with no one in sight or a sunset champagne and picnic on the spectacular grassy headlands. These beaches are wide sandy beaches and some have shelter from fringing Acacia trees.

STATE FOREST
The property fringes the Wedding Bells State Forest which is a recreational Mecca for outdoor enthusiasts. World Class Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing, Orienteering, Bush Walking, Dirt Bike Trails and 4WD tracks as well as home of the World Rally Championship Event- all part of the fun to be had in the local forest and mountain terrain. There are even a number of waterfalls and clear freshwater creeks with swimming holes nestled in the rainforest sections. There is direct access to the forest at the end of the street.
