- "Sven's apartment was as it described on the website. It's true to size and for an apartment Hong Kong, it's consider very spacious. The MTR it's about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Sven's assistant Betty met us at the loading area when we first arrived, and helped us get into the apartment. She was very helpful. Sven checked in with us during our stay to ensure there wasn't any issue which was nice. The only thing is that the cleanliness is not superb to my standard but I have a very high standard for cleanliness so I wouldn't fault Sven for it. Overall, the apartment worked out great for our family (2 adults and 2 kids ages 7 & 9). Thanks Sven and Betty!"
