There are two lifts from the Ground Floor to our apartment, no struggling of luggage up the stairs, and It is with aircondition lobby.

- "Family of 4, with two younger children (2 and 4) enjoyed our stay at Chloe's apartment in Causeway Bay. Everything was well laid out, and Chloe had provided very good instructions on access to the property, and the whole "check-in" process was seamless. The apartment itself was well laid out; quite compact, but typical for Hong Kong. All the necessities were there, and everything was clean and tidy on arrival. The location of the apartment for us was ideal, close to MTR, banking, and all other amenities. The building itself (i.e. the hallway) was a bit rough in appearance, but overlooking that, all was good, as this is not atypical for a mid-range apartment complex in HK. As an added note, Chloe was most accommodating to some trouble created by one of the young ones, who it seems was drinking something in one of the beds, and some spillage occurred. All was taken care of graciously. I felt the price paid for this unit was of good value, and would repeat next time in HK."

- "I have used travelmob before in Vietnam, and the apartment and support were excellent. That's why I chose to use them again in Hong Kong. What a mistake that was. This apartment was a backpacker apartment, not suitable for 2 older professionals, as I stated we were. I signed up for 4 nights, and it was obvious when we arrived, that the place was not suitable, I tried to contact the personnel given me on the number provided. No one answered. I emailed the next day, and again no one replied. This apartment is miniscule: tiny bedroom w/a tiny bathroom attached, and another bedroom just big enough for a bunk bed. There is also an unhealthy smell to the place. It was not described as such. It was disappointing, and there was not reply or refund forthcoming. I won't use travelmob again, except in Vietnam."

My only quibble would be the lack of coffee making apparatus. I had tomfashion a drip coffee maker out of an inverted water bottle cut in half, so we were able to have coffee, but a coffee maker would have been ever more convenient. The ladies in the building are extremely kind and helpful."

On arrival everything is as Shanshan describes and she is very helpful and accessible through whatsapp or mobile phone. whenever we needed to contact her which was never during our stay in hong kong, because she is such a great host, but replies were very quick and any information you need Shanshan is eager to help with that. The apartment has a very helpful folder with information about the apartment and amenities, it also provides information about surrounding areas and a food guide that is filled with must try cuisine when in hong kong. Overall our stay was very pleasant the apartment is in a very good location which made travelling around hong kong very easy and convenient.
