This is a small "L" shaped studio flat on the 5th floor accessed by lift, very convenient and very well located in Sheung Wan bordering Central. It has about 160sq/feet in size newly decorated and painted, functional and charming looking flat. We tried our best make use of the space available and made it feel like home and at the same time easy to handle on rushy daily bases. It is plenty of storage space so you can keep your belongings organized to make use of the space.

As a working professional, I am typically in the office from 9-5 on weekdays and usually return home after 8pm following my yoga class. However, guests are welcome to reach out to me via text message at any time if they need assistance or have any questions during their stay. I will do my best to respond promptly and ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Other things to note
The guest room and my bedroom both have locks that can be used to secure the rooms from the inside, but they do not have a lock that can be opened from the outside. I understand that this may be a concern for some guests, but please rest assured that I take the safety and security of my guests very seriously.

In addition to the locks on the doors, there is also a CCTV camera installed at the entrance of the flat for added security. The camera is only used for security purposes and is not monitored constantly.

Spacious and bright one bedroom apartment in the heart of Tai Ping Shan / Sheung Wan. 10 mins walk from Central station, or a few mins to Sheung Wan MTR station. High floor with lift access.
