The location is terrific, easy access to the subway (MTR), tram, and buses. Walking is an excellent option, with a huge number of great places to visit within a 15-to-20 minute walk. The single drawback is that the kitchen is very sparsely furnished, eg no salt/pepper, dish towel, or any food prep items. There are just 2 of most dishes and silverware. Despite this, I still say this is a 5* choice for Central Tokyo. Our son moved there in 2021, and when we return, we will also return to One 96. "
