Even had to ask for a kettle - which was very swiftly supplied. None of the draws/cupboards opened or closed properly - from the damp I imagine. The bedlinen was clean bright & white but minimal - no spare pillow/sheet. The mattress was lower than the bedframe so it was painful to get in /out - nice bare hard chipboard on the back of your knees! This apartment could be lovely, but needs a few more of the basics providing."
