Our light spacious 3 bedrooms and a large open plan with ground floor kitchen and living room opens onto a lovely patio with a BBQ overlooking the pool which is just meters away from Cayman's premier shore diving.

ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dinning and tv area with a porch and a large BBQ. The ground floor is the only part that is shared with possible other guests staying in the condo.

The grounds around the condo are professional landscaped and maintained daily, with two large private pools and a shower area fully equipped with a large rinse tank and dive benches so you can wash your dive gear after every dive.
We are located in a very quiet part of Cayman called West Bay, within a 5 minute walk to the Turtle Centre and Dolphin Discovery and Cracked Conch Restaurant/Macabuca Tiki Bar. Just 10 mins drive to Seven Mile shops, restaurants, and beaches. There is a regular bus route right outside the property which is just 2$ CI to town.

We are affiliated with Shaggy's diving , a personalized diving, snorkelling and watersports company. We have over 20 years of experience around the world, providing amazing customized private trips to go at your own pace or group trips with up to 8 people onboard.
We also rent as a diving package with a 2 tank boat everyday if you are interested please ask. Receive 10% off all diving, snorkelling & rental gear trips booked through our dive company.

The top of Seven Mile Beach was only a 5-minute walk away, and the apartment had a beach umbrella & beach chairs which was super helpful for our beach days. Another beach, Cemetery Beach, was only a 2-minute drive, and it had amazing snorkelling. The lounge and pool area was amazing; there was lots of comfortable seating and a barbeque. The pool area was very quiet, and we didn't see anyone most days, which was so much nicer than the super busy hotels we previously had stayed at. We were able to walk to the grocery stores, bank, liquor store, Alfresco's restaurant and Bayside restaurant. The host was brilliant; she was responsive, thoughtful and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The washer/dryer in the apartment was super helpful, so we didn’t need to over-pack. Not to mention, Fruitfullville is located 3-15 minutes from all the many amenities and beautiful beaches. It is within walking/driving distance to supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, coffee shops, beauty salons, banks, gym and more. all the beautiful sceneries such as Hell, beaches, turtle farm, dolphin cove, supermarkets etc.

If you choose just to stay at your unit in the evenings, you can watch the sunset while relaxing on your porch.

It was inexpensive, so there are no frills and it is somewhat sparsely supplied in terms of few dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and kitchen towels, but for the price it was great. We appreciated the available beach towels and the washer and drier. Everything worked well though it took us a bit to figure out the A/C and the ceiling fans (a user manual at the unit would be super helpful). The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. I ended up rolling up a towel and using that. If you are picky about your pillow, you'll want to bring your own.There are no beaches or restaurants in walking distance, so you must have a car. However, there are lots of great beaches and snorkeling spots within 5-10 minute drive from the apartment.If we return to GC, we would love to stay here again. Thank you!"

We enjoyed our week long stay depite heavy storm hitting West Bay for several days." - "I was super nervous about booking with a newish listing on VBRO but this place was so close to the Turtle Centre so I went for it. I do not regret anything! We would definitely stay there again! We felt safe in this peaceful little area. Yes there was construction all around but that didnt bother us a bit. Lots of facebook groups said not to stay in west end but we had 0 issues at all. We went to the Turtle centre 5 times, dolphin discovery, did a tour with Captin Marvins to snorkel the barrier reef, coral gardens and stingray city. We drove to rum point early in the morning to swim with a sea turtle by the dock, visted starfish point, smiths cove, governors beach, cemetery beach, rode jet skis off seven mile beach, and we went to west bay beach alost every evening collecting sea glass. Ate at the tiki bar at the Cracked Conch twice. We then would return to swim in the pool on the property for a nice little wind down. The locals in the area were all very nice. The only "non pro's" for us was that the bed and couch were a little lumpy. If those were to be replaced it would make this a 10/10 for us. But it did not lower our opinion of the place. This is a perfect little place to stay and the price was unbeatable. We rented a car so driving literally a few seconds to the turtle center/dolphin discovery, around 3 minutes to west bay beach, and around 15ish minutes to cemetery beach was perfect. Highly recommend and definitely will be back❤️"

The water is a bit rough for snorkeling right in front of this location. But we had some rain that definitely made it rougher than usual. It's about a 37 min walk from Cemetery Beach, which is supposed to have great for snorkeling. We also had a great breakfast and lunch at the Vivo cafe, which is just next door."

The space can accommodate up to 2 guests max. Infants do not count towards occupancy. The yard is safe and secure for children to play, fully fenced in property with closed off pool.

Unit 101 does not allow pets, but we do have unit 105 which can accept pets. Please check available dates for unit 105 if you plan on bringing your furry friend.

A cleaning fee of $225 is required. Also a 13% Government Tourism Tax will be added onto the rate.

I had to enter the code 2-3 times each time to get it to open. Otherwise, it was a perfect spot for a solo or couple stay in Grand Cayman. Nearby restaurants and diving/snorkeling were great. Especially like Macabucca where you can walk into the water to snorkel or dive and then rinse you gear, sit down and eat while watching the sunset! Highly recommend!!"

The condo was well maintained, beds were comfortable and the size was great for our group. They had a couple chairs, an umbrella, and enough towels for everyone at the beach. The pool is conveniently located across the parking lot, perfect for a dip after a long day of relaxing at the beach, and there is a well maintained BBQ grill there for your use. Communication with the property manager was excellent- very prompt and helpful. In terms of location we thought it was great. The closest beach access is easily walkable, just at the end of the street with convenient stairs to get up and over the seawall. Beautiful white sand, clear blue water, and rarely anyone else there. There are a couple good restaurants you can walk to, Alfrescco's and Heritage Kitchen. If you need something quick, there's a Subway at the end of the road that's open 24/7. The condo is also very conveniently located to a Fosters for all you grocery needs (2 min drive). In general, you are well positioned for excursions / activities along Seven Mile Beach. Further north, West Bay also offers fun activities and great restaurants (e.g., Cayman Turtle Center, Cracked Conch). Getting to/from the airport is easy along the main roads. We can't say enough good things about the island and this condo! We hope to have a chance to return soon!"

Welcome to your island oasis in Grand Cayman! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or small groups. The bright, open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with access to a private, fenced backyard and community pool. Comfortably sleeps six with a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. The master has an ensuite, and both bathrooms are stylishly updated.

- "Expected a small, traditional island condo but was surprised by this spacious 2bdrm w/ 2 full baths, plus a huge backyard. High-end materials used throughout this condo screamed luxury. Kitchen had the electric water kettle, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, stove top kettle, blender, toaster, and what have you. External exhaust fan made it easy to cook inside, if not charcoal grilling on the backyard. Comfy memory foam mattresseses helped to recover after dives, snorkeling, and swimming. Three large screen TV's and fast Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Fosters supermarket (Whole Foods and Wegmans alike quality) 10min by car. Cost-U-Less (a smaller version of Costco w/ no membership) 15min by car. Off beaten path public beaches on the Seven Mile row 10min by car. All public car parking on the island is free. There are a few choices for a nearby waterfront nights out, from GF asian VIVO to Nova's mouthwatering wahyu burger. Offshore diving across the street @Turtle Reef, where Indepth Watersports dive shop offers anything and everything, including trimix and rebreathers, plus certs for those if needed. DiveTech nearby offers trimix and DPVs, which come handy in currents. 30min to South side diving with Off The Wall Divers during northern wind times. Out-of-pocket, apples-to-apples, this place is a better alternative to local hotels and a great choice for an action packed vaca."

A lovely large studio 5 min walk to the ocean and diving or breakfast at Cobalt Coast. The studio space is an open floor plan.

15 min walk to Boatswains Beach, Turtle Farm and Restaurants. There is private entrance, parking for a small car (if it is a medium car you will be asked to park across from the gate). Super clean, with lovely furnishings. The home is recently built and is well maintained. 10 minute drive to 7 Mile Beach. Barkers Beach is great for kite surfing and is also close by.

Five minutes walk to breathtaking, guided diving and 15 minutes walk to major tourist attractions. I am available to assist my guest in learning the local culture and general area advice. There is a king size bed, and a air mattress. Two adults and a child are comfortable in this 900 sq ft studio apt.

The kitchen has an electric 4 burner stove with oven and a full size refrigerator with an ice maker. Most utensils, pots and dish ware are provided, but if you need something, please ask.

There is internet, Netflix 24/7 , and your pick of social, YouTube, and various entertainment options. The beach and weather will keep you smiling tho!

Other things to note
Great for professionals or family of three. Cayman has wild roosters and birds, so you may hear them if your windows are open. I do have two dogs for security, and they do bark occasionally because they live outdoors, with the windows closed you hear the dogs faintly. **CHICKENS**

Note also: it's not uncommon to see chickens wandering around, it's an island thing! The island has many roosters that start making noise before 6am. This does not bother most guests but, if you are a very light sleeper, we recommend bringing ear plugs.

**1-NIGHT STAYS & MONTHLY STAYS**

1-night stays are subject to availability. 1-night reservations incur a 20% surcharge, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in.

Monthly stays require a signed rental contract. Due to steep monthly discounts, there will be a starter pack of amenities, limited hospitality service and biweekly housekeeping (including bedding change).

For same-day bookings, check-in time may be delayed beyond 4pm and, if you book after 4pm, check-in time may be delayed up to 3 hours afterward. This is subject to our housekeeping schedule.

**REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT**

We require a refundable security deposit for all stays, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in:

Stays of 1-4 nights: A pre-authorised hold of USD 200 will be placed on your most recent card on file. No charge is captured unless in the (rare) event of damages or outstanding expenses. The hold is automatically released after checkout, assuming no issues.

Stays of 5+ nights: The security deposit will be charged to your card and fully refunded within 7-14 days after checkout, assuming no damages or outstanding expenses.

Monthly stays (28+ nights): A higher security deposit of USD 500 is required.

Rest assured, the full deposit is refunded/released after checkout, provided no damages or outstanding expenses.


**ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM**

You will be required to complete an online check-in form where, for safety and security reasons, you must upload a Government Photo ID and verify key reservation details (e.g., whether you plan to bring pets). Optionally, you can provide your flight details and any special requests. If you have trouble completing the form online, you may message or email us the required information, and we will complete it on your behalf.🚪 Self Check-In: There is no on-site office or reception. The property is set up for self check-in via door code.

📌 Important: The online check-in form and security deposit must be received before we release the door code for your check-in.

Our detailed Terms will be sent to you upon confirming your booking. If you're not happy with our Terms or made a mistake with your reservation, we always give a 1-hour grace period for cancelling your booking for free from our end should you wish to do so.
