There was even a beach wagon to haul all of the items to the beach! The uncrowded beach was a mere 3-minute walk away (no kidding). The condo itself was super clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Would definitely stay here again. Our host, Julie, was very responsive and quickly answered any questions. Clearwater House is located on Boggy Sand Road, one of the elite addresses in Grand Cayman due to it being a cul-de-sac road that is primarily lined with single family homes (not condos). Located at the north end of Seven Mile Beach, Boggy Sand Road is just 3-5 miles from great restaurants, shopping, and resort hotels.

Notes on Public Beach Access:
Clearwater House is one of the few private home available for short-term rental with proximity to Seven Mile Beach restaurants and amenities. Even though the public beach access closest to the house can hard to navigate, other prime locations are a short drive or walk and there is a sea wall sandy beach very close or walk to Cemetery Beach. The Boggy Sands Rd location is one of the best on the island.

Please inquire if you have any questions. Property Manager is occasionally on site in the separate garage apartment but does not interfere with guest enjoyment of house/grounds/pool.

- "We spent a delightful couple of weeks in West Bay, initially celebrating my 70th birthday and then exploring the island's incredible range of attractions. The house had everything, from heated swimming pool to gas barbecue and pizza oven, from table tennis table to indoor gym. It is also situated close to a nice beach with great snorkelling and rock pooling and the Heritage Kitchen, a small shack selling the best home-cooked mahi-mahi and lobster, best enjoyed with a beer whilst watching the sun set. It really could not have better. Kathy, the host, was always just a WhatsApp message away and the one issue we had (aircon failure) was sorted immediately. Fatima, the housekeeper, was also most helpful and looked after the children on one occasion whilst we had an evening out in George Town. We found a great small boat hire (Cachas Stewart aka Super C -Jah Bless Charters) for fishing and trips to the Stingray sandbar and coral reefs. Best beaches were Smith's Cove and Rum Point, in addition of course to Seven Mile Beach. Above all the people are so friendly and eager to help, even more so than other Caribbean islands we have visited. Can't wait until I'm 80 and have an excuse to return! Highly recommended."

The grounds are beautifully maintained and lead down to a man-made beach and the ocean. There is a dive operation (Stingray Water Sports) on site with a dive station that has tanks and weights available and gear can be rented at reasonable rates. Stingray Water Sports offers a 10% discount to Coconut Bay Residents.

Nearby: Coconut Bay is located just around the corner from the Turtle farm, it is an easy drive or taxi to the local stores (including grocery store) and is a 2 minute walk from the Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Bar & Grill where you can sit and eat and drink and watch the sunset. Only a 10 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach or Camana Bay!

The best thing about this property is the dive site. It is one of the best dives on the island. The property itself was clean and well maintained. You’ll love our home because it is a very fun house, the outdoors space is great for families to eat, relax, swim and zip line in the garden. Inside is a games room, playstations, the bedrooms have secret tunnels and a climbing wall. At night our family often sits outside and bbq's as the sunsets and the children swim in the pool while mum and dad sit in the hot tub :)

- "We rented this property with 2 families (6 people) with kids ranging from 8-12 for a week. We rented a car to get around which is a must for this property. Close to 7 mile beach but far enough away from the crowd. There was more than enough space for everyone to come together to watch tv, hang out at the pool, and cook in the kitchen. When we wanted to wind down after being out and about, we could retreat back to our own rooms while the kids played on the xbox, watched tv in their own rooms, played hide and seek in the tunnels, or played the many board games provided. All beds were extremely comfortable with super soft sheets with nice pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly and there were 3 different zones which made it nice for those who liked it colder. The kitchen had every tool possible to make family meals. When it came to going to the beach, they had chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sunscreen. Our 2 familes had an amazing time and we can't wait to come back."

We went to the Turtle centre 5 times, dolphin discovery, did a tour with Captin Marvins to snorkel the barrier reef, coral gardens and stingray city. We drove to rum point early in the morning to swim with a sea turtle by the dock, visted starfish point, smiths cove, governors beach, cemetery beach, rode jet skis off seven mile beach, and we went to west bay beach alost every evening collecting sea glass. Ate at the tiki bar at the Cracked Conch twice. We then would return to swim in the pool on the property for a nice little wind down. The locals in the area were all very nice. The only "non pro's" for us was that the bed and couch were a little lumpy. If those were to be replaced it would make this a 10/10 for us. But it did not lower our opinion of the place. This is a perfect little place to stay and the price was unbeatable. We rented a car so driving literally a few seconds to the turtle center/dolphin discovery, around 3 minutes to west bay beach, and around 15ish minutes to cemetery beach was perfect. Highly recommend and definitely will be back❤️"

The water is a bit rough for snorkeling right in front of this location. But we had some rain that definitely made it rougher than usual. It's about a 37 min walk from Cemetery Beach, which is supposed to have great for snorkeling. We also had a great breakfast and lunch at the Vivo cafe, which is just next door."

A lovely large studio 5 min walk to the ocean and diving or breakfast at Cobalt Coast. The studio space is an open floor plan.

15 min walk to Boatswains Beach, Turtle Farm and Restaurants. There is private entrance, parking for a small car (if it is a medium car you will be asked to park across from the gate). Super clean, with lovely furnishings. The home is recently built and is well maintained. 10 minute drive to 7 Mile Beach. Barkers Beach is great for kite surfing and is also close by.

16 Cozy Place is located in a very quiet neighbor hood of West Bay. It is 10 mins drive to 7 Mile Beach. 5 mins to Turtle farm and Dolphin Discovery. Taxis and buses are available. Pappagallo restaurant is 3 mins away and 5 mins to the grocery store. A full Kitchen is available for your use, with fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. My home is welcoming and cozy and I am very excited to share my Cayman hospitality to all my guest.

One queen size suite with queen size bed, with extra beauty rest mattress. One double size suite with double size bed with extra beauty rest mattress. Please NOTE if a guest is using one bed room they will be charge $115 but if the guest wants to use the second bed room they will be charge an extra $80. Therefore for the use of 2 Bedrooms the cost is $195 and both Bedrooms will only be used by a group or family travelling together. Bathroom is available with shower.
Family room is available with sofa and chair plus a desk is available to use. laundry need to be done, we will be happy to have it done by our house keeper who needs at least 4 hours at a cost.
