Perfect place to relax after a busy day in Wroclaw! Our flat is well connected to the airport (the journey takes about 35min by bus number 106), to the main railway station and the bus station you will get by tram in about 10min (or walk 20min). The place is located only 1.1km from the Old Town Square (about 12min walk) but at the same time our street is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is on the 5th floor, the building does not have an elevator, but has a very convenient staircase.

A room for living comfort. South windows - overlooking the garden. Large, sunny, spacious, with work desk, dining table, comfortable double sleeping area. The room is equipped with its own fridge , micro wave, electric kettle. On the walls paintings and a corner of family photos. Large kitchen for shared use, shared bathroom with bathtub..There is a permanent 1 person in the apartment and a lovely dog - boston terrier. The home is rather open. Visits to guests are ok. I listen to music.

A bike may be available to guests. We set the terms and conditions on the spot. The space shared with guests is cleaned by the host . Excluded a room occupied by a guest. Clean linens are available upon request. However, the Host expects the guest to clean the bathroom after a daily wash or after a bath, as well as clean the kitchen after eating a meal or cooking dishes.

PEACE OF MIND, BUT CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN:

This apartment offers access to the city's attractions, but at the same time peace and quiet.The intimate Kleciński Park is right next door. For a longer walk, you can take a scenic route along the River Hall or visit other nearby parks.

However, if someone is looking for a place to walk to the very center, I don't recommend it. It's a place for people who want to live in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood where you can get a good night's sleep, and be within 15-25 minutes of the very center - by car or public transit.

This is a compromise between a green, quiet neighborhood and proximity to the center. Particularly important for car travelers is that there's no problem with parking. In the center of Wrocław, it is very difficult to find a parking space and you have to pay for it.

As such, please read the location carefully before booking.

The apartment will have space for 1-3 people, although above two it may be a bit cramped. In addition to the double sofa bed, you can also add a mattress.

PARKING:

This is an important thing, because closer to the city center, parking is always paid. And it's a high cost.

Here you can use the car to leave your car in the underground garage for free (this must be reported in advance and if available) or in the parking lot located in front of the building or in close proximity to the building.

The apartment is located opposite the Main Railway Station in Wrocław from the center on Dworcowa Street. A walk to the Dominican Gallery will take you 10 minutes, to the Market Square 15 minutes.
On the same street there is a stop from which you can get directly from Starachowice Wrocław airport, the other way to get to Śródmieście (Grunwaldzki Square) or towards Fabryczna street.
It takes 4 minutes to get to the Main Railway Station stop, from which you can reach every corner of Wrocław :)

Great location - just a kilometer from the Wrocław Market Square, a few hundred meters to Słodowa Island and Ostrów Tumski, around many charming cafes, pubs and galleries. The apartment is close to the Oder, along which you can take beautiful walks.
