Charming Bed and Breakfasts in Bellano

The room is located in a family home which is also used as a Bed&Breakfast. The ancient and silent house is in the historic center of Oro and can be reached by walking for about 50 meters along a stepped mule track, after having parked the car. Access may therefore not be easy. If you arrive by train or boat, you have to walk, partly uphill for about half an hour.

The space
The houses that you can't reach by a car road are always fewer. Where you can arrive only on foot there are not cars and noise. With few steps through the historical village of Oro you come down from the road to the natural balcony over the lake where you meet La Casa delle Rondini.

Guest access
The guests can use the living room, the garden, read the many books that are in the house and can access to a WIFI net but not in all part of the house .
Cooking is not allowed.

During your stay
An important occasion in the house is the breakfast, carefully supplied in the living room or in the garden. It's the chance to enjoy the place's peacefulness and the particular view, to talk with the other guests and with the owners and to get informations and advices about the surrounding places and the offers of the area.

On the first floor of the house a large room with a French bed, a single bed, and a toddler bed. A third bed can be added.
The two amenities, including one with a shower, may be shared with another room.

The space
It is a quiet and cool home in the summer.
Although it was equipped with modern amenities, it maintained the atmosphere of the ancient houses of the rural villages on the Lario.

Guest access
Guests can access the kitchen to use the refrigerator, microwave, and the garden.
Breakfast is welcomed in the living room and served them breakfast.

During your stay
When I arrive and every morning when I serve breakfast, I make myself available for useful information and tips to their stay.

Other things to note
We offer free transportation with our car on the day of arrival and departure to the station to guests who stay at least 3 nights.
Free wifi available in some parts of the house.
Toddler bed, high chair, and children's games.
For the use of the washing machine, we ask for 5 euros.
