Surrounded by a large garden with pine and fruit trees and recognizable by its yellow shutters, the hostel PhilaDelphia offers spacious and friendly accommodation.
The house is located 5 minutes by car from La Palue and the main surf spots. For hikers, the GR34 is a 5-minute walk behind the hostel and runs along the coast of Morgat to the cape of the goat, via the virgin island. Finally, the centre and beach of Morgat are only a 5-minute walk away. You access, without taking the car, to all amenities (hypermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) and the main living spaces (bars, restaurants, port...).

Your room is private and you share the common areas of the hostel with the other guests (equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, dining room, bathrooms, garden, terrace...). Breakfast is included in the rate and served from 8am to 10am.

I host guests starting at 5pm. Please send me a message with your approximate arrival time so that I can organize myself and please also notify me in case of late arrival (after 8 p.m.). Rooms must be vacated in the morning before 11am

When you arrive at 79 Rue de l 'Atlantique, once in front of the gate (you will recognize the house with its pine trees and yellow shutters), turn around as if you go down to the center of Morgat and turn 3 times to the right. You will arrive by the side of the house in a grass parking lot with a caravan.

The space
The guest room is located on the ground floor of a recently built wooden house, on an unfenced plot of 1500 m2, in a bucolic and wild setting on the edge of the forest.

As this is a bed and breakfast, and therefore a homestay, here are some important details on access to private and shared spaces:

To ensure your privacy, the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom are strictly reserved for you, and lockable from the inside.
The toilets located on the ground floor are also reserved for you, but note that access requires crossing the dining room (no direct access from the bedroom).

The shared common areas are entirely on the ground floor, including: the entrance hall, the living/dining room, as well as the kitchen and the terrace.

The terrace is accessible directly from the dining room or from the bedroom reserved for you.

For my part, I occupy the floor of the house (not accessible to guests) as well as the shared spaces on the ground floor.

It is a small typical stone house in a listed village and on a site where the coast is wild.
This house has a low ceiling and is perfect for people under 1.70 m. For lovers of nature, wild landscapes, hiking or cycling enthusiasts, couples looking for peace and quiet, this house is ideal. It is equipped to accommodate a couple with 1 baby.
Heating costs are to be added from October 1 to April 15
€6 per day. This amount is to be paid the day before checkout.
For electric cars, possibility to plug in to the mains but with an extra €12 per night where the vehicle is plugged in.
Actual cost established when guests have recharged their vehicle.

Guest access
Guests will be able to enjoy a 65 m2 terrace on stilts and a large garden with sea views from September 30 to May 1. Between May 1 and July 1, access to the terrace will only be possible if we are not on site. During the winter period, from October to April 15, an additional €6 per day will be charged for heating. You will pay the amount the day before checkout.
A deposit of €500 is required upon arrival and returned upon departure.

The bedroom is located in a penty (small house), outbuilding of the main house. It is accessible by a straight staircase (photo), occupies the entire floor of the penty. It is furnished with a large double bed (2x90X200) - upon request, possibility of preparation in separate beds - and a small sofa in Togo (120 cm), with storage lockers. The bathroom (separate shower, toilet sink) is on the ground floor at the bottom of the stairs. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
