We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

There is 1 double bed, wardrobe space, a full kitchen, clothes washing facilities. Wifi and smart tv for Netflix etc. Private entrance with outer gate for privacy. There is also a double recliner couch and a small writing desk.

The property has a coded gate. The studio is a nice private space with a small walkway and extra gate for added privacy for guests.

Come and enjoy a stay in our large, bright and peaceful cabin located at the bottom of our spacious garden. It is only a 3 minute walk from the seafront and just a 25 min train ride from Dublin City.

The space
The cabin is built from timber and is one area of 8m x 5m with a comfortable lounge area at one end and a sleeping area at the other. The lounge area has a sofa bed which can accommodate two extra guests (at an extra charge). There's also a separate bathroom with shower.

This listing is the same as my other listing except there's a second double bedroom which is idea for those travelling with friends or family. The back bedroom is a romantic room with brass bed and comfortable chair. The front bedroom is spacious room with a king size bed. Both rooms will share the adjoining large modern shower room. All 3 rooms are on the one level. Breakfast is served downstairs between 8-10am.
