Park for free onsite and take the dedicated exterior stairs one flight to your private second (top) floor two-level sundeck and keyless entry door. THERE IS NO ONE ABOVE YOU.

You first step into the restored sunporch full of natural light and notice high ceilings and a sightline from front to back.

The sleek kitchenette is efficient and pleasant with fridge/freezer, convection toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, kettle, portable smooth-top induction cooktop, soft close drawers and open shelving stocked with quality food prep equipment, utensils, dishes and glassware, with ample space for your own grocery items (grocery store next block). A table for eating or working, a comfortable seating area, and TV with premium cable and complimentary Netflix complete the living area of the studio.

Then, step up to the spacious yet more intimate sleeping area with luxurious bedding, mahogany wardrobe and soft chair by the window, perfect for curling up with a book. Extended stay guests receive bi-weekly fresh linens and towels.

The adjacent ensuite bathroom with beautiful finishes, fluffy white towels, premium unscented amenities and high pressure rainhead shower with handheld wand offers a luxurious and invigorating start to your day.

This room is named for Mary K. Tibbits, the first female graduate of the University of New Brunswick. Although she faced strong opposition, Mary Tibbits enrolled in the University of New Brunswick in 1886 and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Honours in English) in 1889 along with the Governor General’s Gold Medal for academic proficiency.
