3 min walk to the train station or bus station and all public transport, further city bus stop in front of the house, 10 min to the port, boat dock, catamaran, ferry. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The 45 sqm apartment with large terrace is equipped with a large double bed, sofa bed, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and much more. You can park for free and check in yourself at any time.
The space
Our apartment is characterized above all by the very high coziness and the modern new equipment. Whether you want to rest after a hard day's work or after a long sightseeing trip through the Lake Constance area - you've come to the right place.
The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. Some basics such as spices or coffee are also available. Feel free to use my brand new hob and oven to conjure up the dish of your choice. There is also a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cutlery & sharp knives.
In the area between the kitchen and the living room, there is a comfortable seating for 4 people to eat together, for example. Here you will also find a comfortable couch to relax. If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed with slatted frame, so that a sleeping area of 1.40 m x 2.00 m for up to two people is created.
The sleeping area has a very cozy 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed available so that you are in top shape the next day. In the apartment it is very quiet and since there is hardly any traffic on the street, here you can sleep in peace.
In the daylight bathroom, not only a shower and a bathtub are waiting for you, but also towels. You will also find a hair dryer with a lot of power there.
