The Barn is a private loft in the heart of the Yarra Valley, within walking distance to the township of Healesville (less than 1 km). Newly renovated The Barn offers welcoming and comfortable accomodation for you. It is set on a large three acre property surrounded by the local mountains and natural bushland. Please note The Barn is NOT suitable for toddlers at all.

The space
The Barn is a private loft which features a seperate bedroom with queen size bed, seperate bathroom with shower, toilet and spa bath. The living area provides two large couches, TV and dining table with picturesque views of the rural landscape including close by Mt Riddell. The entire loft is for exclusive use, you have your own parking right beside your front door. The Barn is located on Don Rd which gives you easy access to the Yarra Valley and all that Healesville has to offer.

Guest access
The Loft is situated at the end of a long driveway set above a barn at the end of the main property, parking is right beside the loft and also at rear which gives plenty of space for a second car if needed.

Other things to note
We have many fury friends, most are in the paddocks except two very friendly dogs Abby and Spot which love to meet you as you arrive. Just take note the driveway can have little people or our Dogs crossing at anytime so just take care when arriving or departing. Smoking is allowed on the premises BUT NOT in the Loft, we ask that you respect our property as you would your own.
Also we have Russel Crow the rooster who lives on the property with his ladies and he likes to live up to his name (he crows)

The space
The Mini is located on the banks of Watts River on the same property as the main house, Watts Cottage. There is a separate entrance, driveway, private deck and courtyard.

Modern studio suite in Healesville. Positioned within excellent proximity to town, yet still feels quiet and tucked away. Close to the main street (under 500 metres) – and a convenient distance to the best the Yarra Valley has to offer for a weekend away; RACV Healesville, Sanctuary, nature walks in the forest, cafes, wine bars, restaurants and the Yarra Valley’s finest wineries.

The space
The studio is situated behind the main house at the back of our garden and is a separate building with its own private entrance. You walk past the main house and down a garden path to access your studio. The pathway is lit by solar lights at night to assist you. The entire studio is yours to enjoy as well as our garden and any herbs and greens that grow in our veggie patch. It includes a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and small bar fridge with toaster, kettle and coffee plunger. All bed linen and towels are included in your stay.

I live in the main house with my partner and our cattle dog, Millie. If you need assistance please message me and I'm happy to help.

Please be aware our dog usually barks when new people arrive on our property but then settles down quickly. She will be kept inside our house so you won't need to interact with her if you don't want, but this might not be the place for you if you don't like dogs.

Welcome to the beautiful town of Healesville in the Yarra Valley. Birdwood Place is a self-contained unit with sitting room, bathroom and queen bedroom.
We are a very easy 20 minute stroll into town or for racing enthusiasts we are just across the road from Healesville Race track and the RACV club. The unit is set in beautiful gardens visited frequently by Kookaburras, King Parrots and Rosellas.

The space
Please note: there is no kitchen for cooking in this accommodation and we do not approve the use of stovetops being brought into the BnB due to fire hazard and damage issues.
Further, we do not approve the use of bringing outside camp fires to cook as we are in a fire prone area. We appreciate your understanding.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the unit independently. There will also be an outdoor setting for guests to use. They can also sit under trees and grass directly outside the unit , when the beautiful Healesville weather allows.

Recently refurbished, and walking distance Healesville town centre, The Little Valley Shed, started life as a humble country garage, it has been thoughtfully reinvented as a cosy living space, perfect for a couples retreat or family getaway

Nestled in a quiet residential area street, you'll find everything you need to to enjoy a peaceful sanctuary during your Yarra Valley escape

The guesthouse is equipped with a large master bedroom, a spacious living area, with twin bunks perfect for kids.

The space
The master suite, contains a luxurious king bed, plus freestanding bathtub and large shower with ceiling mounted rainfall shower head.

The spacious living area, has a comfy couch plus two arm chairs positioned in front of a fireplace, a TV is provided equipped with a chromecast for you to log in to your favourite streaming apps.

The main living space also contains a kitchenette, perfect for serving breakfast before heading out to explore the beautiful Yarra Valley. Nestled in the corner of the open plan living space is a set of bunks, perfect for kids of all ages.

Please note, our house is best suited for guests looking to make the most of the extensive food and wine destinations within a stones throw from the front door, whilst some basic equipment is provided to store and reheat food, the kitchenette does not contain a stove or oven, there is an extensive range of world class dining options within a few minute's walk or drive from the house.

Belaradah accommodation is located on Stefani Estate a 5-minute drive from the Healesville township.

The space
The Red Oak unit is available for up to 4 guests. With open plan living featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV and a wood fireplace, double doors open out to a beautiful deck to fully appreciate the views of the property.

It offers two bedrooms, one queen bedroom with ensuite, the other bedroom can be made up as a king bed or two single beds with a further family bathroom.

This peaceful setting is nestled between the vineyard, olive grove and fruit orchard. You will be able to take in the views, relax with a good glass of Stefani Estate wine and be refreshed by the tranquillity.

Other things to note
We are a Pet friendly property but please be advised that the outside of the property is not securely fenced off. If you wish to bring your furry friend then we suggest letting it stretch it's legs by taking it for a walk among the amazing Healesville scenery.
