To access the Serene Studio, you need to go to the left side of the main house and go through the white gate. The entrance to the studio is located on the outside of the main house and is completely private. Once there, you will find a security box that you will need to open with a code that we will send you a few days before your stay. Inside the security box, you will find the keys to the studio door.

It is important to remember the code that we will send you as you will need to access the security box to get the keys and enter the Serene Studio. Make sure to have the code on hand when you arrive, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or issues during the access process.

In summary, access to the Serene Studio is through the left side of the main house, through a white gate, and the entrance is completely private. You will receive a code to open the security box located on the outside of the studio to obtain the keys to the door. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. This Apartment is adjacent to a House on the same floor. The House has an individual entrance to this apartment but they share the main gate entrance and parking. Parking spaces will be designated in case both listings are booked during the same dates.

Welcome to our island retreat! While we cherish the tranquility of our coastal haven, we want to ensure you're prepared for the unique aspects of island life.

When you enter the property you will see the main residence. I live in the main house with our dogs. This guesthouse is behind the main home. Next to the pool you will see full length mirror doors on your right- these are to the main house and are covered in thick curtains inside so you will have complete privacy during your stay. We respect your privacy.

Occasional power outages are part of the experience, but fear not – our solar power system with battery backup ensures minimal disruption to your comfort. In the event of an outage, we kindly ask that you conserve energy by turning off the air conditioner at night, allowing us to preserve power until the sun rises again. Rest assured, the ceiling fan and open windows offer a refreshing alternative. We also have a back-up water supply but we ask that you use the water wisely.

Embrace the vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico, where weekends come alive with local festivities. While our neighborhood is typically peaceful, you may encounter the occasional passing car with lively music – just another facet of island living.

In our kitchenette, you'll find a single plate induction cooktop, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Please note we have a solar-water heater – just remember to check the temperature especially on sunny days.
On cloudy days it may not be as hot as we use green energy to conserve the natural resources of our beautiful island.

Guests have access to the shared garden, pool, relaxation areas, and Casa Bajura’s private art gallery. Each room has its own private entrance and bathroom. Walkable to the beach, cafes, and local spots.

Need a place to relax? This is it... by the pool or at one of our nearby beaches or tide pools. Our location is private and secluded, surrounded by trees and a spectacular private pool, our little piece of paradise. Close to world-class beaches, beautiful waterfalls and fun local places to enjoy. Enjoy six (6) hotel-style rooms for up to 16 people in total. Our common spaces are outdoor, including the kitchen allowing you to connect with the beautiful nature that surrounds you. COME VISIT US!

The space
We sit on a beautiful 0.5-acre lot, surrounded by beautiful landscape with fruit trees, palms, and vitalizing nature… and a spectacular pool smack in the center. We have hammocks, seating nooks and pool chairs, great to read a book, soak in the sun or relax. We have an outdoor kitchen with gas stove, BBQ, microwave, mid-size fridge, freezer and basic cooking tools for use by guests. All common spaces are outdoor (i.e. no indoor living/family/dining room or kitchen).

The property has 6 rooms for guests, all with individual access and bathrooms (except two rooms that share a bathroom). This listing allows access to all 6 rooms, accomodating up to 16 people. Beds include: 3 full (double), 3 queen, and 2 king. All rooms have air conditioning units, ceiling fans, and most a refrigerator. Property is gated, access to guests only.
