This is our Historic Unique Urban Apartment. Located in a centric part of downtown Mayagüez, minutes from the plaza and restaurants. This is unit #5.1 of the 34 apartments in 5 different buildings. Enjoy the experience of staying at Orange B Living!

The space
The apartment is in a private historical building with 6 units specifically renovated for Short Term Rentals.
This unit is a studio-style apartment made specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for two guests. We provide a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed (medium hardness).
Have in mind this is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable.
The apartment is not shared with anyone else, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, and TV in front of the bed.
The apartment is located on the second floor and you will need to go upstairs. All six apartments share the hallway and the lounge area.
We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in our units (who uses that anyway).
If you need to use our Laundry, we have a shared laundry area with on-demand access and a special schedule. We do charge an extra small fee of $6 for detergents. The schedule is from 6 pm until 10 am.
Each unit in this building comes with a designated private parking space. The parking area is gated, well-lit, and monitored by security cameras for added safety.

Check-in is normally after 4 pm and Check-out is before 11 am. You may request a different schedule with anticipation, as long as it is available/possible. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out.
24/7 LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Embrace the freedom of a 24/7 laundry schedule. Our coin-operated washer and dryer await, requiring just 6 quarters ($1.50) per cycle. Located in our OB1 Building, you will find more instructions on the VRBO App inside the Manual area.

CANCELATION POLICY:
We offer two cancellation policies. Please choose the Flexible option for the ability to modify or cancel your reservation. If you’re 100% certain of your plans, you may select the Non-Refundable option for an additional discount. Please note: with this option, dates cannot be changed and no refunds will be issued.
SATURDAY CHECK-INS: In order to reserve checking-in on Saturdays, Friday night must be available, so we can block that night and conserve the unit clean. We have a 2-day minimum.
If you are able to book a Saturday check-in for one night, feel free to proceed. This indicates a last-minute opening when Friday night remained unreserved.
FRIDAY CHECK-INS:
Our self-check-in process allows you to arrive anytime after 4 pm. Ensure you've opened and read all instructions we sent before Friday's sunset. If you have any questions, please reach out early. Thank you!
BACKUP GENERATOR:
While we do not control the electrical, water, or internet services, our property has an automatic generator that powers the entire building during outages.
NOISE: Please note that this unit is in an urban setting. In Puerto Rico, it's common for cars with loud music to pass by occasionally. To help with this, we offer earplugs, or you can ask Alexa to play white noise for a more peaceful atmosphere.
PETS:
Orange B Living is pet friendly. Have in mind only one pet is allowed per reservation, the pet cannot exceed 50lbs, and shouldn't be left alone inside our apartments. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35. Please make sure you add the pet as a guest to the reservation.
SERVICE ANIMALS:
We encourage individuals using service animals to reach out to us before their stay. Please have handy your certificate and remember to bring the appropriate pet vest for Service Animals, Emotional Support, or Psychiatric Service Dogs.

It is a rustic penthouse, the pool and jaccuzy are totally exclusive for guests, check in 3 pm and check out 12 pm
It has a rustic jaccuzy and several terazzas, where you can contemplate the landscape of nature. It has a double room and another room on the second level very romantic for couples, has a bed outside, bbq, hammock, swing, reclining rocking chairs, lights on the terraces and in the rooms, among others for your enjoyment.
The space
Our space is inspired by the rustic and out of the traditional.
We want couples to have a different and unique experience, with different environments. Our first room has access to the rustic jaccuzy and the second room is an air-conditioned villa, where you will have the feeling of camping or being in a tree house. The property has several terraces to watch the sunset and connect with nature
Imperial rustic is a small and comfortable rustic penthoses, with 2 rooms so that couples can have different experiences comfortably, with swimming pool and jaccuzy, both with a view of nature and with front terrace.
The first room has a double bed and can be accessed directly to the jacuzzi.
In order not to remove the rustic essence, the second room is a villa with joined beds, both rooms have curtains in case the sun is uncomfortable.
We supply sheets, pillows, towels, soap, towel paper, toilet paper, etc.
Guest access
The access is independent, once you climb the stairs, you will find the main door. The accommodation has different lights both intense and dim to set the area, regularly one of our hosts will be waiting to receive them at the time you decide to arrive (24/7) to show them and explain everything about the apartment and can get the most out of it.

Create new experiences and explore the village of Mayaguez and neighboring villages.
We are about 5 minutes from the village of Mayaguez, where currently at night there are always activities in the square, in the same this friends cafe, which is excellent for sharing and having a coffee as a couple or friends.
The village, at night, is full of people, making the streets of the village of Mayaguez as there are many bars of drink and bakery.
The Jibarita, in the village of Mayaguez, is a bar and brunch
The cinema, in the town center , is about 5 minutes away, there is also the super dry village and pizza hut
The cinema, in the Wester square is about 7 minutes away, there is the Applebess restaurant and ponderosa among others.
About 10 minutes away is joyuda, where you find a variety of fresh seafood restaurants, among others.
A few minutes away is the quasiano restaurant, where they make all kinds of meals and it is excellent
About 20 minutes away is the village of boqueron, where you will find different businesses of drinkers, restaurants and the spa where you can enjoy the beach.
About 15 minutes away is the beach of buye, it is very good and quiet to spend it with family or couples. It is very close to the boqueron spa.
About 25 minutes away is the Crashboat spa, one of the best beaches in PR.
About 20 minutes away you can visit the lighthouse in corner and some remaining drink businesses, bakery and restaurants
On the coast you can find Talls and glasses, a very good rest and is just a few minutes away.
Mia panini is a brunch restaurant, bar in Mayaguez village, good breakfasts, and lunches.
In Plaza Sultana a few minutes away, Longhorn is a restaurant specializing in steaks and interests, also this starbucks, Dynasty among others.
Don frappe is about 10 minutes away and they make the best frappes and a great variety there is this ice cream palette, the resturing Don mazeta and several kiosks.
A few minutes away is the mayaguez mall.
About 20 to 30 mint is the Bowling alley in Aguadilla, breaks waves, Rafael Hernandez Airport, Crashboat Beach, Las Ruins ( Punta Borinquen ) , Survival Beach
