That was until we were physically trapped in the apartment. We were unable to contact the company or anyone for help. I attempted to call multiple times. I even emailed them and contacted via the messages on hotels.com. We were physically trapped for over an hour. We packed our belonging and left as soon as we could. After multiple attempts to get refund we went back to the apartment and the lock was physically not fixed. You could push open the door. The company promised to call me back and they never did. Stay away from this site and company for they are crooks and never helped or spoke to us at all "
