Considering we laid so much we attempted to continue our stay. On the third day we noticed the windows didn’t lock we continued to try to stay. That was until we were physically trapped in the apartment. We were unable to contact the company or anyone for help. I attempted to call multiple times. I even emailed them and contacted via the messages on hotels.com. We were physically trapped for over an hour. We packed our belonging and left as soon as we could. After multiple attempts to get refund we went back to the apartment and the lock was physically not fixed. You could push open the door. The company promised to call me back and they never did. Stay away from this site and company for they are crooks and never helped or spoke to us at all "

We were exhausted so all he did was to try to sleep upside down on the bed for some support. I mentioned this to the owners on a message and offered to send photos but received a reply saying I should have let them know sooner(1AM?!) I wouldn’t stay here again but it was only because we got a bad bed. "

- "When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network. I shared my concerns, the grounds keeper responded immediately to address the concern. By then I addressed the cleanliness. The WIFI was a huge concern. Area is close to malls and one of the best bakeries. I would stay again as a last resort. "

- "The hotel is located in a very ugly area outside of the city. The condition of the building and the room were pretty poor. Stained furniture, dirty fridge, no soap, no shampoo, etc... The room smelled like there was a dead cat inside. The internet in the room did not work. There was a TV that only connected to the internet but since there was no internet, we could not watch TV. There is no front desk, only a service number to call and they pretty much cannot do anything to resolve an issue immediately so they only take notes that they will pass to their maintenance team to be resolved in the "near" future. We booked 2 nights and left on the first night since we could not deal with the smell and the condition of the place."

- "The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. "

They are not ours but are part of our surroundings a community.
NO: Smoking inside the apartment, Parties or Activities in or out the apartment. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $250.00.

Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico (450 gallon water cistern available). Our WiFi is a service offered by Liberty PR, its connection depends on Liberty's availability. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.

- "Overall it was a nice property, the only issue was that the place was not clean, especially the bathroom." - "Communication with management was good till the point when I got to the apartment and notified management, the internet was not working and neither was the the tv because it relies on Roku. They said they would get back to me and never did. The apartment was clean and the 2 separate bedrooms was perfect, since we were staying in the apartment with another couple but the only AC units in the apartment were in the bedrooms and one did not work. The area where the apartment was located looked abandoned but the apartment was located in a gated building. I only stayed one night but I’m too happy with not having AC or internet. I asked for a percentage back on my stay since I didn’t get all the amenities I paid for and never heard back from management."

Incluye también las sabanas, fundas, frisas y almohadas.

La hora de entrada es a las 3:00 pm y la hora de salida es a las 12:00 del mediodía. De requerir early check-in o late check-out será un costo adicional de $25.00 por hora. Estas solicitudes estarán sujetas a disponibilidad.

The apartment is in a private building that has 7 units just for Short Term Rental. We provide assigned private parking which is well-illuminated and has security cameras for your peace of mind.

This unit is a one-bedroom apartment made specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for three guests. We provide a comfortable queen-size plus a one-person twin-size bed, both memory foam (medium hardness).

Have in mind this unit is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable.

The space is not shared with anyone else, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, and TV with comfortable chairs.

The apartment is located on the second floor and you must climb the stairs. Enjoy a private balcony.

We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in our units (who uses that anyway).

Take advantage of 24/7 access to our coin-operated laundry facilities. Wash and dry your clothes for just $1.50 per cycle (6 quarters), with detergent provided for your convenience.

Each unit in this building comes with a designated private parking space. The parking area is gated, well-lit, and monitored by security cameras for added safety.

IMPORTANT!
Check-in is normally after 4 pm and Check-out is before 11 am. You may request a different schedule with anticipation, as long as it is available/possible. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out.

Embrace the freedom of a 24/7 laundry schedule. Our coin-operated washer and dryer await, requiring just 6 quarters ($1.50) per cycle. Located in our OB1 Building, you will find more instructions on the App inside the Manual area.

We offer a well-documented self-check-in process, but if you need any additional assistance, I am also available through Airbnb's Messenger or over the phone.

SABBATH NOTICE!
We observe the Sabbath from Friday at sunset until Saturday at sunset. During this time, we pause all non-emergency communications. Please review any automated instructions we've provided in advance. If you have an urgent matter, feel free to call us. Otherwise, we’ll respond after the Sabbath. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
There is ongoing construction in front of the property, which may cause some noise during the day. To help make your stay more comfortable, we provide earplugs and a white noise machine in the unit. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to making your experience as enjoyable as possible.

CANCELATION POLICY:
We offer two cancellation policies. Please choose the Flexible option for the ability to modify or cancel your reservation. If you’re 100% certain of your plans, you may select the Non-Refundable option for an additional discount. Please note: with this option, dates cannot be changed and no refunds will be issued.

SATURDAY CHECK-INS: In order to reserve checking-in on Saturdays, Friday night must be available, so we can block that night and conserve the unit clean. We have a 2-day minimum.

If you are able to book a Saturday check-in for one night, feel free to proceed. This indicates a last-minute opening when Friday night remained unreserved.

FRIDAY CHECK-INS:
Our self-check-in process allows you to arrive anytime after 4 pm. Ensure you've opened and read all instructions we sent before Friday's sunset. If you have any questions, please reach out early. Thank you!

BACKUP GENERATOR:
While we do not control the electrical, water, or internet services, our property has an automatic generator that powers the entire building during outages.

NOISE: Please note that this unit is in an urban setting. In Puerto Rico, it's common for cars with loud music to pass by occasionally. To help with this, we offer earplugs, or you can ask Alexa to play white noise for a more peaceful atmosphere.

PETS:
Orange B Living is pet friendly. Have in mind only one pet is allowed per reservation, the pet cannot exceed 50lbs, and shouldn't be left alone inside our apartments. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $35. Please make sure you add the pet as a guest to the reservation.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
We encourage individuals using service animals to contact us before their stay. Please have handy your certificate and remember to bring the appropriate pet vest for Service Animals, Emotional Support, or Psychiatric Service Dogs.

- "First, unable to get key out of box, wrong code given. Second, unable to checkin since no QR code. Third, no control for TV (asked the neighbor to borrow and TV was broken, didn't work). Fourth, toilet was leaking. Towels appear to be line dried and not dryer dried. Not at all happy for the price paid."

About this space
My place is 1-5 minutes away from the Mayaguez airport, the University of Puerto Rico, the zoo, the Mayaguez Resort and Casino, convenience stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, Walgreens, Western Plaza (food, bank, movie theather and shops) and the Mayaguez Town Center (food, supermarket, stores, and movie theather). 20-30 minutes to Rincon or Cabo Rojo beaches. Close to everything, yet located in a quiet neighborhood.
The space
There is parking available. Your apartment has its own private entrance and there is no indoor connection between the house and the apartment although they are in the same structure. *Sleeping arrangement: 1 Full size bed divided by a wall (no door, hotel style) Apartment has A/C unit.
Other things to note
- The main house is also an Airbnb rental, so please be considerate with the assigned parking space and noise.

- Property located on a residential area/dead-end street

- Please note that in Puert Rico it's normal to loose water and/or electricity services from time to time. But do have solar panels and battery backup, plus an 800 gallon water reservoir. So the power outages are not a problem.
