Considering we laid so much we attempted to continue our stay. On the third day we noticed the windows didn’t lock we continued to try to stay. That was until we were physically trapped in the apartment. We were unable to contact the company or anyone for help. I attempted to call multiple times. I even emailed them and contacted via the messages on hotels.com. We were physically trapped for over an hour. We packed our belonging and left as soon as we could. After multiple attempts to get refund we went back to the apartment and the lock was physically not fixed. You could push open the door. The company promised to call me back and they never did. Stay away from this site and company for they are crooks and never helped or spoke to us at all "

I wouldn’t stay here again but it was only because we got a bad bed. "

- "When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network. I shared my concerns, the grounds keeper responded immediately to address the concern. By then I addressed the cleanliness. The WIFI was a huge concern. - "The hotel is located in a very ugly area outside of the city. The condition of the building and the room were pretty poor. Stained furniture, dirty fridge, no soap, no shampoo, etc... The room smelled like there was a dead cat inside. The internet in the room did not work. There was a TV that only connected to the internet but since there was no internet, we could not watch TV. There is no front desk, only a service number to call and they pretty much cannot do anything to resolve an issue immediately so they only take notes that they will pass to their maintenance team to be resolved in the "near" future. We booked 2 nights and left on the first night since we could not deal with the smell and the condition of the place."

One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. There was a local small restaurant about 6 minutes away called Los Gapo (must try). Many beaches near here (Crashboat 40 minutes north, Jobos - 1 hour north, playa Buyé about 40 minutes south). I appreciate Gerard for all of the communication from booking till our departure. "

This three bedroom home has all you need for a great vacation. There is a queen size bed in two of the bedrooms and two bunk beds (4 twins) on the third bedroom. The main level has full kitchen, dining table, living area, and a full bathroom. The pool, BBQ, and hammock area are on the bottom level with another full bathroom.

The home is private for guests.

We are not on site but just a phone call away.

A rental car is needed.

If you happen to loose lights or water during your stay please do not be alarmed as this is 100% normal, in the event of an outage we will try and provide every solution and or either help you find nearby accommodations. Unfortunately things like this are out of our control and we do our best to handle them.

Walmart is about 25 minutes attached to the Mayaguez mall.

There is a Selectos food market 10 Minutes from the house.

There is also a bakery with essentials such ass OFF spray and anything you might need just 5 minutes down the road called Erik's bakery.

Near our space you will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, fast food restaurants of all kinds, department stores, hospitals among others. We are close to everything and everyone. The rooms will be prepared according to the number of visitors we have. Rooms that are not going to be used, will be kept locked. As an Island and tropical weather we share our environment with coquis at night and rooster in the morning among other domestic animals. They are not ours but are part of our surroundings a community.
NO: Smoking inside the apartment, Parties or Activities in or out the apartment. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $250.00.

Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico (450 gallon water cistern available). Our WiFi is a service offered by Liberty PR, its connection depends on Liberty's availability. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund.

We connect with our customers by text messages or calls through our telephone number, which is shared immediately after the reservation is made.

La hora de entrada es a las 3:00 pm y la hora de salida es a las 12:00 del mediodía. De requerir early check-in o late check-out será un costo adicional de $25.00 por hora. Estas solicitudes estarán sujetas a disponibilidad.

En su cocina se incluye: fregadero, estufa, nevera, microonda, cafetera, vajillas, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina, vasos y copas, productos de limpieza, ollas y mesa.

El baño cuenta con ducha, servicio de agua caliente, toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo, acondicionador, loción de manos, jabón y shower cap.

Incluye entre otros: smart TV y sistema RoKu, WiFi, tabla y plancha, aire acondicionado, detector de humo, closet con tablillas, artículos de limpieza como escoba, recogedor, cubo, mopa.

El estacionamiento es privado y está dispuesto en nuestras facilidades. Tenemos disponible un parqueo por apartamento.

Nuestras facilidades están conectadas y dependen exclusivamente del servicio público para las utilidades de Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica y Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillado, de Puerto Rico. Las reservaciones están formalizadas en el reconocimiento y entendimiento de esta condición por parte del huésped, por lo que la interrupción de estas utilidades, no limitaran ni llevara a la terminación de la reserva o a ningún tipo de reembolso.

La Orden Ejecutiva de Puerto Rico vigente, para salvaguardar la salud de nuestros huéspedes y del personal de trabajo entró en vigor el 16 de agosto y continuará del 23 de agosto en adelante.

Esta nueva orden ejecutiva exige la evidencia de la certificación (tarjeta) de vacunas contra COVID -19.
O evidencia Negativa de prueba de COVID-19 de 72 horas o menos el día de su “check In”.

La misma se recibirá a través de una declaración de viajero que el huésped será responsable de llenar como parte del su “check in”

La ley establece que las personas que no cumplan estarían expuestos a multas de hasta 6 meses cárcel o multa que no excederá $5000, o ambas penas a discreción del Tribunal.

Es por ello que nuestros huéspedes se comprometen y están de acuerdo, en que una vez formalizada su reservación, enviarán dicha evidencia.
El incumplimiento de esta nueva orden, llevará a la terminación de la reservación y no conllevará ningún tipo de reembolso.

El uso de mascarillas y distanciamiento social en los alrededores y áreas comunes de las facilidades será siendo requerido.

- "Overall it was a nice property, the only issue was that the place was not clean, especially the bathroom." - "Communication with management was good till the point when I got to the apartment and notified management, the internet was not working and neither was the the tv because it relies on Roku. They said they would get back to me and never did. The apartment was clean and the 2 separate bedrooms was perfect, since we were staying in the apartment with another couple but the only AC units in the apartment were in the bedrooms and one did not work. The area where the apartment was located looked abandoned but the apartment was located in a gated building. I only stayed one night but I’m too happy with not having AC or internet. I asked for a percentage back on my stay since I didn’t get all the amenities I paid for and never heard back from management."

My place is 1-5 minutes away from the Mayaguez airport, the University of Puerto Rico, the zoo, the Mayaguez Resort and Casino, convenience stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, Walgreens, Western Plaza (food, bank, movie theather and shops) and the Mayaguez Town Center (food, supermarket, stores, and movie theather). 20-30 minutes to Rincon or Cabo Rojo beaches. Close to everything, yet located in a quiet neighborhood.
The space
There is parking available. Your apartment has its own private entrance and there is no indoor connection between the house and the apartment although they are in the same structure. *Sleeping arrangement: 1 Full size bed divided by a wall (no door, hotel style) Apartment has A/C unit.
Other things to note
- The main house is also an Airbnb rental, so please be considerate with the assigned parking space and noise.

- Property located on a residential area/dead-end street

- Please note that in Puert Rico it's normal to loose water and/or electricity services from time to time. But do have solar panels and battery backup, plus an 800 gallon water reservoir. So the power outages are not a problem.
