- "The property is exactly as described. They are two apartments, one two-bedroom, the other one-bedroom, located on the ground floor. The apartments themselves were comfortable, well-appointed, working AC, clean, and in every way measured up to an A+ rating. We were very happy with the accommodations. Outside the doors to the apartment is a covered area with couches, tables and chairs. The grill is nearby and it was an absolutely lovely place to sit. The pool was perfect. We are a family of six, with two teenage boys and two small children and we had a blast splashing around and having a great time. It was clean and just like the photos. The property is beachfront. The beach itself has very few visitors. You will see a few people here and there, but it is not a busy beach. It's not a great beach for wading into the water as there are rocks that are difficult to traverse in all but three small areas along the beach. However, for the teenagers and adults, it wasn't a problem to put on some water shoes and then go for a swim. But it's not the sort of beach where you will be playing in the waves too much. It's more of a walking on the beach, snorkeling or swimming beach. The surrounding area offers food trucks in both directions, many restaurant options, and a well-stocked grocery store. Of particular note, within walking distance is a restaurant called "Ola Lola's" and it's really a super place to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend. I would absolutely stay here again. A++"

Pedro's Palms offers quality accommodations with 3 studios plus a 1 bedroom apartment. Located between jobos and Shacks Beach. Enjoy walking to the ocean where the beach is usually very quiet. Head east for a 15 min walk to jobos or head west for a 15 min walk to shacks.

The property is gated and fenced with plenty of parking. There are beautiful palm tress and landscaping.. There is an outside shower and we have installed surfboard racks for the storage of your gear.
We have 3 private decks as well as the shared terrace. On the terrace We have a reverse osmosis water machine, BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen and dining area for all guest to enjoy.
All units hav AC and Serta queen size mattresses, flat screen TVs & WIFI. The units have screened doors & windows to enjoy the Caribbean breeze as well as ceiling fans. Flooring is tiled throughout and there are tiled walkways leading to each unit. Each unit has a kitchen with full size stove/oven & refrigerator with filtered ice maker, double sink and microwave. Kitchens are fully equipped for preparing meals.
There are many good restaurants a short distance away for your dining pleasure.

- "This property was very clean and the check-in process was very smooth. So smooth, in fact, that I never actually met the property owners. They definitely respected my privacy. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the necessities for cleaning up & cooling down after a day at the beach. There are so many local beaches to explore, especially if you like surfing or snorkeling. I can personally recommend Shacks, Jobos, and Middles beaches but unfortunately finding a place to park your car near those beaches can be a challenge. One thing to note, is that this apartment (Suite C) is pretty small. I saw a confusing description somewhere that referred to it as a one-bedroom flat, but it's definitely an efficiency, or studio apartment. I believe this VRBO property offers both one-bedroom units & studio apartments, but if you look carefully at the pictures provided by the hosts (for Suite C) you can clearly see that the bedroom, kitchen, TV, everything, is in a single, compact room with a separate private bath. I feel that the Hosts have done a good job describing their property, so it's up to the Traveler to confirm what they're renting. Enough said about that. It was comfortable, convenient, and a good value. I would definitely stay there again someday. Highly recommend."

To access the Serene Studio, you need to go to the left side of the main house and go through the white gate. The entrance to the studio is located on the outside of the main house and is completely private. Once there, you will find a security box that you will need to open with a code that we will send you a few days before your stay. Inside the security box, you will find the keys to the studio door.

It is important to remember the code that we will send you as you will need to access the security box to get the keys and enter the Serene Studio. Make sure to have the code on hand when you arrive, and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or issues during the access process.

In summary, access to the Serene Studio is through the left side of the main house, through a white gate, and the entrance is completely private. You will receive a code to open the security box located on the outside of the studio to obtain the keys to the door. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. We offer complimentary off-street parking via a ramp up on the right side of the house. Free street parking is also available.

This home is not beachfront, and our pricing reflects that. Beachfront properties in this area usually rent for double the price, and are very noisy with traffic/crowds, so you’re getting great value while still staying close to the action.

For your comfort, both bedrooms have inverter A/C units, perfect for cooling your personal space.

In the common areas, you’ll find a ceiling fan in the kitchen and floor fans to help keep the air flowing.

We do provide a full-size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, air fryer, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker.

Easy Check-In:
You can check in ANYTIME with the keypad using the unique code we’ll send a few days before your arrival. Check-out is by 11 AM sharp. No keys needed!

Across the street, Lamela Park offers basketball courts, a kids’ playground, and a jogging path. We’ve provided a basketball for you—check the closet next to the bathroom!
