A newly installed solar system runs the house on clean energy. In the event of a power outage one must be careful when running the a/c units or it will drain the batteries quickly.

Go right and you are a two block walk from Steps beach, great for sunsets and tide pools. Go left and you are a block from shops and restaurants as well as the calmer Marina beach. We hit up Shipwrecks for dinner and drinks and got ice cream a few times before walking home. Katarina's Sail is also based here so we could walk here for a snorkeling tour. The pool and back porch are amazing. We used this every day and at night while the kids swam the adults could enjoy a few drinks on the porch. As mentioned, there's only AC in the bedrooms which can make the rest of the house steamy during the day when you need to take a sun break. The second bathroom also could use an update to match the modern master bathroom. But overall the location and back pool can't be beat. If you're looking for a chill beach vacation spot with great access to the western end of the island this is it. We will be back!"

- "For starters, the photo implies a single family house. It's a quad..4 attached units. The AC in one of the bedrooms was broken. Marco couldn't get a tech during our stay but he brought a stand fan, so we had to sleep with doors open to cool said bedroom. Pool area is under construction, but open. This was hands down the best place! The beach is beautiful and just a short walk across the lawn to access. The entire property is well kept and secure. Marco was the “host with the most”! He sent us links to places in the area to visit and tips on surfing beaches, water quality, etc. The villa was so clean and well appointed-they really have thought of everything! I’m not sure when or if we will return to Puerto Rico-but we would definitely stay here again!"
