The space
The house has a full independent and private layout. There are 3 spaces:

Ground floor:
1- open kitchinette/living area with high ceiling mezzanine and staircase.
2- bedroom with a one person bed, clothing storage and a bathroom sink ensuite a compact wet cell (shower and toilet).

First floor:
3) very cosy bedroom under the roof with a double bed (1m60 wide) and possibility for clothing and storage.

Other things to note
The stairs to the upper bedroom are on the steep side and these could be challenging for those with less mobility. There is a solid handrail present or we can arrange something on the ground floor.

Recently renovated half-opened house with a shared driveway in a quiet cul-de-sac in the middle of greenery. The cottage has a private garden without viewing. A large garage offers you the possibility to park your own car/motorbike. Lokeren is a city for hiking,biking, and water lovers. It is also a great place as a base to visit cities such as Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges...The market (center)is 3 km away. Also suitable for expats
