The space
It is a charming house in Alpujarreño. Bubión, which is one of the best preserved in the area. This house is ideal for both a romantic getaway and a family vacation, set in a quiet part of the village with panoramic views of Mulhacen.This village is in the natural park of Sierra Nevada just at the foot. Beach days are only a short drive away, one hour from the coast of Granada and a just 15 minuites from the Alhambra.

Guest access
The house is rented to only one client so you can be assured the utmost privacy at all times. The price is set based on two people with an aditional charge of €18 per person added to the guest list.

Other things to note
The house is equipped with underfloor heating running of gas canisters much like a cooker. It is provided at the rate of 2 canisters per 4 nights. For the wood burning fires, we will provide the first load of logs, arond and more can be easily purchased in the town. If you need more gas, please call us and we can arrange a price and delivery/pickup

The space
Recently renovated house, preserving its traditional Alpujarra charm. The house offers three bedrooms, two with a double bed and another with two twin beds. Two bathrooms. Kitchen, dining room, living room and large terrace
It has a fireplace and heating.

Guest access
It is a totally private house; this accommodation is located in the lower part of the village, a privileged location to feel nature and get drunk on its tranquility, with panoramic views of the Poqueira Ravine.
€10 per pet per day is charged

Other things to note
The house is located on an upper floor as is traditional in the area. To access it you have to climb some stairs of 14 steps, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
The fireplace is wood-burning. We provide a couple of logs for the first fire. If you want more, you can buy them. There is a neighbor who also sells at the supermarket, gas station, etc.
The heating is automatically programmed and turns on in the morning and afternoon long enough to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
The house is delivered clean and tidy, with sanitized sheets and towels.
No parties or events, and of course never bottle parties
Pets are allowed upon payment of €10 per pet, per day

The space
Cortijo El Páramo
Our spacious 2 to 4 person cortijo with air conditioning & Wi-Fi in rustic Alpujarran style with private swimming pool is called “El Páramo”, this means “The Moor”. Named after the Arab and Berber tribes who invaded Spain from Morocco in the year 711. They ruled the country for more than 750 years. It was one of the most powerful empires in the world and had a vast knowledge of medicine, mathematics and astrology.

At check in
We assure you that your mouth really falls open right away. Because after we drove you down with your luggage the first time and almost arrive at the front door of your cortijo, there is a waterfall with fresh mountain water from the Sierra Nevada to the left of you, which runs from April to September. Because of this, you almost miss your own private swimming pool that is filled from April to September with beautiful bohemian handmade sunbeds. Arriving at your cottage, the stream appears to be under a large slate by walking past your front door, past your cottage, under your own private terrace downwards. Here you can enjoy your homemade breakfast in the morning overlooking the overwhelming nature and the impressive mountain scenery of La Alpujarra.

Upon entering…
You will be welcomed by the rustic ceiling with olive trunks in a fully equipped cozy Alpujarran-style kitchen with dining. Following is a cozy living room with cozy fireplace, a very spacious double bedroom with air conditioning that leads to another more charming double bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom with toilet and bath. In addition, every evening you can enjoy the almost magical moments under the starry sky on the high wooden terrace surrounded by lush trees and the gentle flow of water from the stream that runs beneath you. It's a magical experience every time !!

Style & Decor…
Tropical, basic, colorful, mysterious and characteristic: that's the Bohemian Maroc Alpujarran style in a nutshell. This style that you will find here in the white villages creates a warm and elegant feeling in the house, partly because of the authentic elements that you will find in the decor. Think of the ceiling with coarse thick olive trees, the Spanish plastered walls, the beautiful wooden doors, the lively colors, the stylish decor and dreamy lighting.
