Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. - "Same as always, just what l need." - "Just at 5 minutes from the center to go up skiing." - "I stayed here with my partner and our 12yo nephew. The apartments were easy to find, check in was quick and easy. The room was basic (if you want a fancy room then this wouldn’t be for you) but has everything you need, the bathroom was very clean, the kitchen was equipped and the view from the room was fantastic. An added bonus was that the room had underfloor heating so was cosy and warm after a day of skiing. Staff pre-booked lift passes before we arrrive (which we arranged via email) which saves time queueing once we got there. They also recommended a place for equipment hire. Very helpful. Overall a great stay, I would definitely stay here again."

- "There was a terrible smell of stale cigarettes in the studio due to the smokers area to the front of the reception area being strewn with thousands of cigarette butts on the floor. The shower also leaked every time you used it ." - "I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this time. Our hotel building electricity fuse was gone around 19:00h. We couldn’t cook and the room heater stopped working. No receptionist was there, so we called 24h help line call so many times, but no one picked up the phone. We tried calling all of their telephone numbers but none of them wasn’t working. Around midnight, finally the hotel pick up our phone then they suggested to move us to another hotel near us. My 10years old child was sleeping with ski clothes. We needed to wake my child up middle of the night and packed ourselves in the darkness. We had to walk to the other hotel in the freezing cold night. Most annoying things is NO ONE contacted us (even text or email). No one came to supply any torches or candles, extra blankets etc… The same building customer was feeling same as I am. They couldn’t reach any help from the hotel.We simply didn’t know what we needed to do. This is a ski resort place, it reaches easily -10℃ middle of the night.WiFi connection is poor "

Also it was noisy. You can hear the TV and noises through the walls. And the shower was a shocker. Very small. But hot. Also it was broken and you have to hold the hose. After 2 days we worked out how to fix it. And we ran out of toilet paper and it wasn't replaced. There was no cleaning for the 4 nights we were there or checking of facilities. Bed was so firm it was like a rock. Wi-fi was very good. All in all it was o.k but I wouldn't go back."

- "Great location warm as toast" - "The room was fine - comfortable and well equiped. We found it difficult to book in as there is no reception. We were first told to come back at 4 to get a key, in fact the staff arrived at 5 15. Once we got in all was fine. " - "Good location being a little closer to the main square than other apartments. Apartment clean, however it had a leaking water heater so a water resevoir needed draining daily by ourselves. Confusing check out as we were told 10am until 12am. At 10am no one was there. On ringing was given a code to a key box to leave keys. If we had known this we could have checked out and been skiing an hour earlier. Parking was available outside the apartments which was great saving around 20 euros a day. The first night was very noisy from midnight for half an hour with families returning from a night out. With no 24 hour reception very difficult to police this. The second night was very quiet. Booked through the hotels.com app but still needed to e mail reservation confirmation to the property at check in, not sure why. Overall a good stay with whichbwith a few changes would have been great."
