- "Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. The apartments were easy to find, check in was quick and easy. The room was basic (if you want a fancy room then this wouldn’t be for you) but has everything you need, the bathroom was very clean, the kitchen was equipped and the view from the room was fantastic. An added bonus was that the room had underfloor heating so was cosy and warm after a day of skiing. Staff pre-booked lift passes before we arrrive (which we arranged via email) which saves time queueing once we got there. They also recommended a place for equipment hire. Very helpful. Overall a great stay, I would definitely stay here again."

- "Nice spot for skiing, good value, exactly as advertised and we would return to this hotel given the choice" - "It's an absolutely okey stay with everything you need. Good price It could be more cutlery and pots and pants. Aswell a bit more cleaner " - "Got a good deal (according to the prices advertised within the actual room, would not have been happy to pay 286 eur per night!!!) and was very basic, as expected from the price. Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. Shower was hot with good pressure and the one small room at the end fits 4 as there are two bunk beds. That's all that fits there, no other furniture in that room. Two further twin beds in main lounge, all comfortable and good sheets and bedding with extra blankets. All slept well. Food at the restaurant was conveniently close and great value. Great service from friendly staff in restaurant, we ate well. Wifi was adequate. There is a ski path down to the centre 50m up the road which is great if you have the gear and can ski/snowboard. Free street parking, great views. Bad points: Beds are very squeaky, kitchen is extremely basic, no kettle or toaster, no tea towel for drying, no bottle opener etc. Floor wasn't clean, don't walk in socks/barefoot. Ran a bath for the kids after long day in snow and water was so brown it looked like they were bathing in Coca-Cola (see photo). Couldn't discuss with reception next day on check out as not open, had to leave keys in mailbox on checkout. 30 min long walk down to centre (not advisable with kids/carrying gear). Tried to catch the bus which is every 20 mins but no signs to tell you where it stops and it just went past us despite us waving."
