Fresh one bedroom unit with full kitchen, lounge/dining, bathroom & private outdoor courtyard. The unit is located on the ground floor of my two storey house, but is private. The space offers many areas to sit around and relax or various activities such as bikes, canoe, kayak and sup's to enjoy the lake (note: all activiites are done so at own risk and helmets are not provided for the bikes). Wake up to a self made continental breakfast and enjoy the smart tv at night streaming Paramount or Disney or any of your own streaming services.
Lake Conjola offers beautiful lake, a beach and bushtracks; so the location is ideal for cycling, walking, fishing, surfing and swimming.
Lake Conjola has a Bowling Club, Take Away shop, Yoga Shed, Cafe & Bottle Shop, so everything is here for you convenience. Alternatively, Milton (10 min drive) hosts quaint shops & restaurants, and Ulladulla (20 min drive) has all the major supermarkets as well as fresh seafood.

The space
- Nestled in the backyard of our home, the studio has been newly renovated throughout and offers private gated access to an open plan living/kitchen dining, queen size bedroom and bathroom and a private courtyard with a firepit to enjoy.

- The lounge area has a flat screen tv with Netflix, a queen size sofa bed and reverse cycle aircon.

- The kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, gas cooktop and toaster. We also provide cooking basics such as olive oil, salt + pepper and a few spices.

- The kitchen also contains a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a coffee plunger, a variety of organic loose leaf teas, freshly ground coffee beans, milk, juice and homemade granola.

- The bedroom features a queen size bed with French linen bedding, a rattan wardrobe to hang clothes and plenty of storage underneath the bed frame to stow away bags during your stay.

- The large bathroom features a bathtub, monsoon shower head and stylish timber vanity with storage. It is fully stocked with a range of Grown Alchemist bath products for you to use during your stay.

- All linen, bath towels, beach towels and bedding are provided.

- Wifi is included

- The studio is perfect for a couple, but can comfortably sleep up to 4 people with the double sofa bed (please note the sofa bed is in the main open plan living/kitchen area).

- Guests will enjoy their own private courtyard with an outdoor dining setting, gas bbq, fire pit and a luxurious copper outdoor shower.

The location

The studio is located in the peaceful and quiet town of Narrawallee, set only 2 blocks away from Narrawallee beach and just 400 metres walk to Narrawallee inlet. The studio is in the perfect central location for surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and fishing.
This area boasts so many wonderful things to do year round, with exceptional wineries, dining and shopping. Not to mention the amazing hikes and bushwalks in the Budawang National Park, just a short drive away. We would be delighted to provide any recommendations on the many things to do in the area.

Guests enter through a side passage past the main house that takes them directly to the private courtyard where the studio awaits.

We have a lock box where your keys will be securely kept, the code for the lock box will be sent out before your arrival.
Inside the studio you will find a folder with house instructions and local food and activity suggestions.

Other things to note
We are the owners of local vegetarian café Pilgrims in Milton. As part of your stay we offer you a $20 voucher for you to come in and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch.

We also have a porta cot and high chair available for use. Please let us know when booking if you require these.

Welcome to Hakuna Matata, a cosy, well-appointed guest studio in the quiet and lovely Narrawallee - a 3hr drive south of Sydney.

Our guest studio is an Adults Only space that accommodates 2 people with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage for luggage, a comfortable sitting area, tea/coffee making facilities, private courtyard, BBQ, and kitchenette.

Walking distance away is Narrawallee beach, and the inlet, a tranquil lake, popular for kayaking and Stand Up Paddling (SUP).

The space
The studio is located at the rear of our home - accessible across our back garden and into your private courtyard. In the large 36m2 room is a king bed, wardrobe, a comfortable lounge, a TV, and coffee/tea making area, bathroom with shower, dining setting, and kitchenette. In the separate bathroom there is a shower, vanity, and toilet.

In the sunny courtyard is a bbq and an outdoor setting.

We have tried to create a comfortable and cosy space for 2.

We have an outdoor shower as well as a fire pit and comfy lounge chairs in the garden that we are happy to share with our guests by arrangement.

Guest access
You have a designated parking spot at the front of the property, and side gate access into our back garden that will lead you to your private fenced courtyard and the studio - at the rear. Please note you will come and go across our back garden. Our 2 small schnoodles have intermittent access to the garden so you may be greeted by their antics from time to time, however they prefer to hang out inside the house and will usually not be bothered by people.
If we have approved your pet to stay with you, or if you prefer not to have any interaction with our dogs please mention this in your booking request and we will manage it all before your stay.

Other things to note
There is Wifi available; a TV with all commercial channels and access to Netflix (you will need to use your own membership login), and a bluetooth Bose speaker. There is also a Nespresso coffee pod machine.

REGARDING PETS
Pets are BY APPLICATION. We require pet details to be submitted when requesting the booking. We want to maintain the high standard of cleanliness and hygeine in our space, and keep the place friendly for all people - including the non-pet lovers and the sensitive ones to pet dust. As such pets will be considered and only approved once we've carefully screened applicants. Please attach a photo of your dog with your request.

We are dog lovers and we travel with our pets, so we know that our expectations are very reasonable.

In general, we'll ask that certain rules be observed at Hakuna Matata:

1. Dogs and cats do not destroy anything inside or outside (e.g. biting or scratching furniture, digging holes);
2. Fur - we dont want to discriminate but low and non shedding breeds are preferred - it keeps the cost of cleaning manageable but if you can show us that you'll manage the shedding then lets talk;
3. Please clean up any mess your pet makes - poo, chewed toys etc
4. We cannot have dogs stay who are excessive barkers, howlers, or cryers. If your plan is to leave your dog alone for long periods then our place may not be suitable for you.
5. For best enjoyment, the space is more suitable for small to medium mature dogs.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Our normal check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10am. Where possible, we will offer an earlier check-in and later check-out depending on incoming and outgoing guests - that means you will get a days notice.

If you have a need for a definite early check-in or late check-out, and you wish to secure this ahead of your stay, then we have discounted rates available that mean you will be booking the studio for an extra day. Please contact us to organise this.

This is a quiet until and very close to beach, shops and restaurants. 2 clean and comfortable bedrooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining. Deck for outdoor dining and spacious yard.

The space
We have private off-street parking and your own side entrance to the bungalow.

The kitchen has a gas cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, fridge with all the basics provided; cooking oil, salt and pepper. We also have supplied a few bits and pieces to get you by until you have a chance to get to the shops such as local roasted coffee, a selection of tea’s and milk.

Our bathroom is naturally light filled with a large monsoon shower head equiped with a range of organic products for you to use during your stay.

Get a good nights sleep in our comfortable and spacious king size bed. Quality bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided.

Our spacious living room has a flat screen tv with Netflix and comfortable linen sofa to snuggle up and watch a good movie or take some time out and read a book in our love seat.

The bungalow has air conditioning/heating as well as ceiling fan in the bedroom. It sleeps a total of 2 guests. Babies under the age of 6 months old are welcome. We ask guests to provide their own cot linen/blankets.

The Location

The property is only a short drive to Burrill Lake entrance ideal for swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding and fishing, local cafes and Lagom Bakery for specialty coffee and fresh-baked goods and Burrill Lake’s renowned fish'n'chip shop.
