**THE SPACE**
The Red Barn is your ideal getaway if you are looking for stylish and private accommodation. This gem is entirely detached from the main house and set back to give you a peaceful and serene environment. As you step into the barn, you will be welcomed by a queen-sized bed with fresh linen for a comfortable and restful sleep. The barn has a compact bathroom with a shower, a lounge and dining area, and a kitchenette that is tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. The timber bi-fold doors at the rear open up to a lovely grassed area where you can sit and relax or lounge and relax under the orange and lemonade trees whilst enjoying the fresh air and the amazing chorus of birdlife. To ensure your privacy, the barn has its own separate entrance to the right of the barn doors.
Plenty of parking is available across the road (where we sometimes park too) as it’s on vacant land.
The Red Barn is all yours to enjoy, and you will not regret choosing it for your getaway.
Other things to note
During your stay, one thing you won't have to worry about is packing your own linen. We provide all the sheets, blankets, and towels needed for a comfortable and worry-free stay.
We want you to be able to fully relax and enjoy your time here, without the hassle of bringing your own linen/toiletries.
However, we do want to make you aware that while we strive for a peaceful atmosphere, our main house is home to a teenager or 2 sometimes and two dogs (one of them is my older daughter’s dog who has moved out now). They will probably excitedly bark on your arrival but they are just wanting you to say hello and give them a pat. They are very friendly dogs (despite their guard dog personas at times ha). Rest assured though, this keeps our neighbourhood super safe.
If you're looking to watch TV during your stay, please note that reception can be limited at times. Nonetheless, we hope your stay is restful and enjoyable.
Please note there is an 11pm noise curfew.

Enjoy this private oasis directly opposite Berry Showground and pool. On a peaceful, wide street in yet central to all Berry has to offer (a flat easy walk to the Queen st shops)
A luxurious king bed, full kitchen with an induction stove and oven, private laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, back and side deck. Daikin reverse cycle air conditioner as well as glamorous Art Deco style ceiling fans. All windows/doors are double glazed for excellent sound and temperature regulation.
The space
This is an architect designed guest house (fully separate-no shared walls etc)with all the comforts of home- a peaceful bedroom with a luxurious ultra comfortable king bed, uncluttered bathroom with a large walk in shower, full kitchen with pantry staples, various teas and coffee, milk,full sized oven, microwave, coffee machine etc, a private laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, private side and back decks with glorious garden views to really relax and unwind.

The entire guesthouse is for your exclusive use including the driveway. The yard is somewhat shared as we live in the main house however we will keep out of the way during your stay. We value your privacy and will never “pop by” or intrude uninvited
You may occasionally find a curious chicken complaining vigorously outside (they have been spoken to quite sternly but are stubborn)
Please enjoy the yard and cubby house if you so desire 😊
Other things to note
You will have exclusive use of the driveway though it is quite narrow (medium suvs and the like should have no problem)
There’s also plenty of (free) street parking available.
You will find everything spotless but not at the expense of your health! Natural (alcohol based) disinfectants are used on everything possible (door knobs, light fixtures, all surfaces reachable) The windows are opened between guests, towels are washed at 60 degrees C, bed linens are washed with oxygen based bleach. They are then thoroughly ironed. We avoid artificial fragrances and irritating chemicals ie air fresheners, Febreeze, fabric softeners etc. The floor is vacuumed then steam cleaned.
A portacot, high chair and other baby friendly items are available on request.

Stay in a very comfortable French Provencial bedroom with own ensuite.
In amongst picturesque country escarpment, with a 3minute drive to the heart of Berry and grab a hot doughnut at the famous Berry doughnut van.
Queen Street has a beautiful and warm inviting vibe, grab a coffee and visit the many boutiques, homewares and galleries.

The space
When you stay at Kramer on Connors you will be made welcome with a real feel of counrty charm.
In Berry we have the best of worlds, counrty meets coast. We are approx 10 mins drive to our beautiful South Coast 7 mile beach.
We have 2 gorgeous friendly miniature in their own paddock, love human contact, should you feel inclined to say hello.
They are pets as we do not breed or use for any product. They are super cute.
At Kramer on Connors a cooked breakfast is provided for you on morning of check out.

Weather permitting breakfast is served in the alfresco area, which looks out onto a terrific green space, which nature provides.
Should you have any laundry, I am happy to do it for you, if you prefer to do it yourself you are welcome to use the facility.
There is a tea station in the guest suite, should you wish to have coffee we have an Nespresso machine located in the kitchen.
