The open plan living area features an inviting slow combustion wood fireplace, stylish furniture, with a comfortable relaxing feel. All the required mod cons are also available with flat screen TV, DVD player, ipod docking stereo unit and a reverse cycle air conditioner.

Drawing Room Rocks is not to be missed. These are the best directions to find where to start your ascent:
Take Woodhill Mountain Rd (north side of the village), drive 6.7 kms and you will come to a T intersection, you are on the top of the T and turning left would take you to Kangaroo Valley via Wattamolla.
Either park your car here at the T-intersection, or there is limited parking 500 metres away at the true start to the walk (at the cattle grid).
From the T-intersection, walk or drive 200 metres to a right hand fork in the road (do not take either of the right-hand driveways which are near the T-intersection), it is then 300 metres to the cattle grid. From this point it is a steady walk upwards until you reach the lookout where the view and rock formation are stunning.
Your descent will be much quicker than the ascent.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

Belairberry is a spectacular heritage cited Mid Century pad, probably one of the most photographed in Australia, It is located right in the main street of Berry, a short stroll to Berry’s quaint cafes and boutique shops, a 10 minute drive to some of Australia’s most beautiful beaches, a 15 minute drive to the serene Kangaroo Valley and an hour North of Jervis Bay.

Belairberry has an 11m pool with enclosed landscaping for adults and children to enjoy. The pool is visible from the kitchen and lounge as well as the upstairs terrace.

The accommodation consist of a 7 double bedrooms (2K 5Q) and 5 bathrooms, 4 self contained units without common walls, 2 upstairs on the terrace and 2 in the garden. Downstairs is a 3 bedroom house with one double sized bathroom and no internal access to upstairs. 4 single beds can be made up on request bringing the total number of guests to 18, comprising of 14 adults and 4 children.

The house is suitable for family reunions, corporate getaways and small celerations. ABOUT BERRY:

Berry is a historic town located in the rich dairy fields of the South Coast. It is an easy 2 hour drive from Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra.

Berry is in the heart of it all, a 10 minute drive takes you to Shoalhaven Heads, the gateway to Gerroa and Seven Mile Beach National Park, where you can find walks, lagoons, swimming holes and surf breaks. Berry is only a short drive, over Berry mountain or Woodhill mountain to the lush landscapes of Kangaroo Valley, which features incredible scenery for hikes and drives, river swimming holes, wineries and a historic town centre. An hours drive takes you down to the pristine waters of Jervis Bay National Park, which features the most beautiful and untouched beaches in Australia. The area is also famous for its wineries, fresh produce, artisan bakeries, cafes and restaurants.

A cleaning fee of $200 applies to all bookings. We also require a bond of $1000, which will be refunded after the property is inspected.

School holidays and public holidays incur a different price and minimum number of nights.

Bookings require a 50% deposit and are non refundable, on cancellations less than 30 days. In the event of COVID-19 restrictions tightening, and the purpose of the stay not allowed, a full refund will be given.

Berry Beach Holiday Cottage is a delightful and romantic 2 storey sandstone cottage, a touch of Provence on the South Coast, set on 3 acres with stunning views over farmland, dams and the escarpment, arguably one of the nicest aspects in this area.

It is just 1 km to Seven Mile Beach and just 6 km's back into the historic Berry.

It is built of local Bundanoon sandstone and set amongst lavender and rose gardens. You can enjoy the grounds, have a glass of wine in the lovely cabana or just sit in the grass garden to contemplate the sky and trees reflected in the dam.

It is perfect for 2 couples or a family and will appeal to those who appreciate quality and all the extra little touches. It's incredibly cosy, warm in winter and cool in summer, it's ideal for a weekend getaway or that week-long stay.

A highlight is the 60m2 private sandstone courtyard complete with French provincial table, 8 iron chairs and a built in BBQ. It is shaded by a gorgeous London plane tree and is just ideal for alfresco dining or entertaining friends.

Borrowdale is a cosy ex-farm manager's cottage conveniently located less than five minutes from the township of Berry and ten minutes from Seven Mile Beach. Nestled on 25 acres of farmland and perched high on Moeyan Hill, it offers great privacy with breathtaking views of the escarpment north to Saddleback Mountain and sweeping rural countryside stretching east to Gerroa and the sea.

This charming two-bedroom cottage features a queen-size bed in each bedroom, two bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The open-plan living and bedrooms lead onto a wrap-around verandah, where you can take in the tranquil garden and lawns. Bellevue is a modern country cottage set in peaceful rural surrounds. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, a beautiful new kitchen & a cosy lounge/dining room with fireplace. The covered patio is the perfect spot to relax and take in the view! Be sure to get to know our farm animals during your stay. They love a snack or a cuddle! As this is a new listing, you will not see reviews here, but you can find more info, photos and reviews on our Bundara Farm website. Bellevue Cottage has two bedrooms, both with King beds that can be split to two singles. The second bedroom can also accommodate a rollaway bed to sleep an extra guest if required. The cosy lounge/dining room features a wood fire for cosy nights in, curated country interiors and a well equipped, modern kitchen. The covered patio is the perfect spot to sit and take in the view, but is also designed to keep your four legged friend/s contained if you are travelling with pets. There is carport parking adjacent. The cottage is fully self contained and to feel like a home away from home. Located 4mins drive from Berry town and only 4mins to Seven Mile Beach. The cottage is set on 15acres featuring beautiful gardens, green paddocks and towering gum trees. We have an ever growing menagerie of farmyard friends - horses, cows and chickens so far.
