Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise, music and unruly behaviour is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received; a first warning will be given. If a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund. We have a limited noise policy from 8pm and strictly no noise from 10pm. Unfortunately we do not except groups of males.

CLEANING
Unit must be left in the condition they were in upon guests arrival. Excess cleaning fees up to $500 may apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned). The space
In a quiet and secure unit complex, this light and breezy unit is on the top floor up “4 flights of stairs”. The unit features a great lounge area that leads out onto the main patio. Although an older building, the unit is beautifully maintained and features retro furniture and décor – the character makes it feel like a home away from home. The bedroom has a queen bed so will comfortably sleep two and has a ceiling fan for warmer evenings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. The bathroom is stocked with soap, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner and all linen and towels will be provided. You are also welcome to use the washing machine. Basic items such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper are provided and the local shopping mall has all of your grocery needs shall you wish to stock up on supplies.

Continental breakfast provided. Across the road we have Cathedral Rocks, The Boneyard, The Coastal Track and a sheltered cove for snorkelling. It is 700m to two great beaches. Kiama with its coffee shops, cafes and boutique stores is less then 10min drive. A great spot for walking, cycling, photography and whale watching.

The space
Your space is private with its own entrance and off street parking. It is on the ground floor with the main house above. The Space is large with a separate bedroom with comfy Queen bed. You can watch the whales, the surfers or just the waves right from your bed. It has a spacious lounge room with TV, comfortable sofas and dining unit. You will find tea, coffee and your continental breakfast in our separate kitchenette, as well as a microwave and full sized fridge. Apart from the microwave there are NO COOKING facilities.
